“EParamount Glass and Sophan are amazing! Look no further, just give a call and solve your problems. At 9 am I noticed that my windshield's little crack turned into a big crack. I called 4 places ranging from $500 to $279 and went with Sophan for $250. By noon the glass in my Jeep Wrangler was replaced. If only every service experience could be this amazing. I literally wasn't even around for the replacement ... I just left my car open and like magic ... windshield replaced! It was such a great experience.”

“First I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service provided by Yinmi Alas and the repair work that Fix Auto Berkeley did on my car. Given the nature of the rear collision damage (which was pretty bad), the shop did a great job on the getting the car back into shape. The back bumper replacement is so well done that one could not tell it was severly damaged in a rear end collision. Damage to the trunk from the collision is not 101% per cent but I suspect that it could never be made perfect after the type of impact it suffered. Still, it is very close and that makes me happy. The car looks great and drives well. I am confident about the quality of the repairs and the safety of my vehicle. The Fix Auto Berkeley staff was very courteous and professional. “Owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really looks out for the customer. I like that he explained everything he was doing and always let me know it's my decision no pressure at all. My convertible top was really bad and was resurrected and really makes the car look new now. Also I couldn't use the convertible button so I thought I would never be able to enjoy the sun but he fixed that too. Price was good and will be back if I ever need repairs done on a convertible. 5/5 work.”
“I chose to have my sun-damaged dashboard replaced at a local upholstery shop, and they required that my (perfectly fine) windshield be removed for a week for the work to be done (and replaced afterwards). So I contacted Fernanda at Velocity on short notice, and got a very competitive estimate- but she couldn't *promise* that the tech wouldn't break the windshield while doing this- so I took a gamble and decided to do it anyways. I'm happy to report that they were able to remove and re-install it w/o breaking it! Overall, I was very happy with the service I got from Velocity, especially how easy it was to communicate with Fernanda over the phone and text, and how promtly she responded, and how professional she was- and especilly the fact that she squeezed me in, despite the fact that they were busy. The upholsterer, also spoke highly of the service tech that did the work- so I knew I was in good hands. Overall, I'd now reccomend Velocity for any auto glass work, and willl be back if I need any in the future!”
