Before I came, I did look at the review because you know yelpers... you. are. always. right. Pros: The bank has been reading the reviews and has changed staff and now they have a parking attendant out there to keep the parking spots secured. I usually go between 11 AM- 1PM. It's rare that I'm in the bank for more than 15 minutes. The line is never long and there are usually two tellers there. I know I read a review regarding "small talk" (which I also hate) and guess what...none of that. Professional, direct and straight to the point. I'm here to either deposit money or take it out, nothing more nothing less. Con: Why do they have 6 teller windows and only 2 tellers at all time? I don't know either. The parking attendant is giving "creepy vibes" like why you are staring at me when I'm trying to park in front of Wells Fargo. I never get to park in front of Wells Fargo because they have placed cones there that state: "Parking for Wells Fargo customers." How am I suppose to park in the parking spot, if you have a cone in the middle of it and a creepy man standing there staring me down. Can you say awkward. Because of this, I give 3 stars. But I will be back. No one will stop me from handling business.

This was the most helpful location after me going in person to the Inglewood branch and not being helped. Spoke with the manager over the phone about a letter I needed to prove access for my business and they helped me right away as soon as I got to the location. Very kind and helpful and organized.

A teller named Ebony was wearing a flannel button over pajama shirt was very unprofessional. After handing my ID (didn't have debit card) she suggested I download samsung pay instead. After mentioning I'll download it later due to being in a rush, she continued to push the app and further explain the process deliberately wasting my time. Finally she barked orders for me to sign and tossed my ID in the tray, counting my money 3 times half-organized. I politely said thank u as she silently turned away. Please retrain this woman she is too old to be acting like this, she should know a sense of urgency when nessesary.

Usually busy during lunch time. I don't like waiting in lines for too long. This location also shares a parking lot with The Habit and Walgreens which you'll be lucky if you can find a spot (even with the dedicated WF spots).

Stephen was the most helpful person I've ever worked with at a bank or in customer service. My wife and I were in a tight deadline to get an auto loan approved and while the corporate office mailed a check, I needed a paper check that day. Stephen stayed in the office with us contacting everyone needed and got everything done for us asap. Excellent service, thanks again Stephen!

I have been to dozens of Wells Fargo branches in my life, but by far hands down this is literally the best one I have ever been to. Not all Wells branches are created equally. Maybe I'm just lucky, but the customer service for me has been above and beyond. I've been coming to this branch now for over three years. I never have more than a five minute wait to see a teller, I've never had to wait to see a personal banker and anytime there is a problem they resolve it on the spot. I live part time in Torrance and part time in Santa Monica. I have literally driven from both places specifically to come to this branch. The level of personal care at this branch is literally better than the branches in more affluent areas!

This branch has the nicest, friendliest tellers and associates. I finally got a roll of quarters. Unfortunately the playa vista branch has been closed for over 6 mos, but continues to have their hours listed as Open on Yelp? This is my new favorite branch.

I have been banking at this location for years now and have always been treated with respect and incredible service. The staff even knows their regular and returning customers by name. Numerous bankers, business reps, and the branch manager, Mario, have helped me greatly over the years. I've always felt my financial and banking needs have been and continue to be very well taken of in all fronts... from helping me with my domestic/international travel and banking issues, grow my business, and they have certainly made it easier for me when I've needed to navigate new and challenging financial frontiers in both my personal and business life. Many thanks for all of your help over the years! (And yes, the parking can be tough around lunchtime because the developer of the center didn't provide enough parking but Wells has secured and provides reserved spots for their customers. I've never had to wait to find a spot outside of lunchtime hours. Even then, it's not that inconvenient.)

Had a fantastic experience at this bank two days in a row, they will be my new "go to" branch! Criss took me right in without an appointment for notary service, as she happened to be available. Unfortunately I needed to have a form re-done the following day and Toni was also amazing! They work very well as a team and are very customer service oriented.

I do not like this branch because they block off multiple parking spaces for 'concierge service'. The result is that those of us visiting other local businesses - in the SHARED parking lot! - can never get a space to park. NOPE.
