I'm writing this humble note of appreciation for outstanding customer service provided by the following employees Talia,Freddy and Gillian ( she tried) lol jokey.I went to the store 6/25/24 regarding a glass lens and frame problem. I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and skills of the staff. The ability of Freddy to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations Great service makes customer feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I highly recommend Warby Parker at The Point in El Segundo to anyone who needs eye glasses and frame.

I really enjoyed my visit to this Warby Parker today at The Point. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to find the perfect frames with their recommendations and the check out process was super easy! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and I’m super excited to get my glasses in the mail.

Getting glasses has always been a hassle for me. Due to my prescription I’ve always been made to feel like I need a loan for new glasses. Thanks to the amazing service from the whole team at the Warby Parker at The Point, getting new glasses can be simple and easy. The teamwork was beyond impressive. They booked my eye exam after handle my order to perfection. They even fixed a loose nose pad on my friends Warby Parker frames. I had the best time ever and I’m completely sold that Warby Parker is the best way to get new glasses.
