What? Why did the pharmacist just hang up while I was asking them a question? They seem to be having a bad day and I just wanted to ask if they had a medicine in stock and they said nope, bye and hung up but I was still talking ? Rude !

Jessica was incredibly helpful in ensuring I got my epipen before my flight when my doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong dose. This is not my usual Walgreens, but I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Thanks again Jessica!

I've been visiting the pharmacy at this location for the last 1.5 years and the service is always good. The five star review is for the pharmacy manager, Jessica (I think), who went above and beyond when I was having an issue with my medication. She is very impressive.

I usually have no problems at this location and this is quite a surprise, but I just went in there and picked up a prescription from the pharmacy and paid for it with my health reimbursement visa card from my insurance company, everything was fine, and the transaction went through. However, I have a payment method on file there which is my ATM card from my bank, and it had also been charged for the exact same amount. So I basically paid twice for the same item. When I tried to talk to Walgreens about it, they looked at records and only saw the one, and that was that, basically said sorry there's nothing we can do. It didn't matter at all that I had proof with my recent transactions in my banking app. I asked if there's a way to bring something in to show proof from my bank as well, and they just weren't having it. As far as they were concerned, it wasn't their fault. And I'm out $164 that they stole from me. I also just got off the phone with my bank who confirmed they did charge my account, it didn't matter, now I have to dispute it and it could take months to get it back if they even decide to give it back to me from the bank.. It's just absolutely mind boggling how a huge corporation can just do this and get away with it. I'm pissed. Hopefully this review will spare somebody somehow in the future from this happening to them, but it seems that no matter what Walgreens will keep that money. This is child's play and absolutely unprofessional. They need to do way way better with our personal bank cards in their system.

You'd be hard pressed to find ruder pharmacists. They act like they don't even want you to fill your scrips there. I also think they are running a scam. I don't have Medi-Cal or Medicare, but they are always trying to bill them for my medicine. Very shady. I need a new pharmacy.

Open 24 hours and there is a charge point EV charger. Close to LAX Four stars because no bathroom open yet. Friendly employees :)

I have used the Walgreens Pharmacy at the El Segundo for many years and have been satisfied with the service. Recently I was most impressed and grateful for their extended service. Jessica, the Pharmacy manager, went out of her way to help me secure the best pricing for a new and expensive prescription. The staff navigated between the subscribing doctor's office, my insurance authorization, and myself to secure the best cost program. Thank youGary

Very nice employees but they're often out of items in the beauty section that are on sale. There will be one left when it's two for one. Frustrating. Quick photo turnaround with great quality you can order via app off your phone. I prefer other stores but it is convenient when picking up prescriptions as they have a drive through window.

Don't ever go here because they're liars who don't even give a crap to do anything for your well being. I said I would be making a review and here I am. It literally happened only moments ago and is very stressful when I am told their is Nothing they can do for me when I lost my vaccination card as if you're supposed to have it at all times. I am sure their are many people who misplace something even important stuff from time to time. Luckily the DMV isn't like walgreens or everytime I lost my ID card I would be shit out of luck anywhere. And yes lady, I got all my vaccinations plus the booster unfortunately, through walgreens. Wish I had gone to a normal place to get something that serious maybe they all come from the darn cracker jack box. Remember karma lady and I hope one day, She comes back for you!! To anyone considering a place like walgreens, opt out and get it through your doctor! I should have!! Walgreens customer service sucks and I am so sad I have been loyal for so many years to people who could care less when it's important!! Maybe I will go do my business more at CVS and give them a chance!! You lost a customer & hopefully others follow my lead!!

They are rude and it’s the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. The ladies in particular, for some reason make it seem like they don’t even want to help you for some reason. I don’t usually do negative reviews but it’s ridiculous.

In store shopping and Website are two different experiences, in store is just okay but the website is slow and hard too ! I spent 45 minutes trying to order something and gave up in frustration and went to Amazon and ordered what I wanted in one minute.
