The warmth and passion of the husband and wife owners truly shine through; they take pride in offering the best for our pets.I personally experienced their exceptional service when hunting for deals on Primal Raw patties for my growing puppy. The owners went above and beyond to assist, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction.Navigating the parking may be a tad tricky, especially with popular spots like Starbucks nearby, but the treasure trove inside is well worth it. If you're seeking both variety and expertise, this is the place to be. Street parking on Grand is a convenient alternative.As an added touch, an adorable snapshot of my puppy enjoying the big rope we snagged from this delightful store. My sister takes her golden retriever to this store often. So when my sister became ill, her dog got very stressed. The owners Mike and Maggie know my sisters dog very well. They were so helpful and really relieved some of our stress with the proper food. Words truly cannot express the gratitude we have for these humans. They are old school helpful people. They know their animals and humans alike. Good good people!

Our dog love Wags n Whiskers! We walk her by the park next to the store and she drags us here whenever she gets the chance. Every time we visit, the workers are very patient and knowledgeable when answering our questions. They offer a wide variety of healthy dog treats, while also giving plenty of samples. We will be making many future visits and thank them for their incredible kindness!

I love supporting small business, especially when they're really good! If you need a new place to shop for your fur babies this is it! Maggie is amazing. I have an old dog who has many health issues...but mainly skin and gut. Have spent a small fortune on RX kibble etc per Vet instructions with only marginal results. Maggie helped me analyze the symptoms and put all my pups on a new, simpler food regime that has made a HUGE difference in my dog's health! Maggie has done the research on family-owned producers. She's an ingredient guru. Service and knowledge are first rate. And I'm actually spending less than I was at PetSmart for all RX food.

We love this store! They didn’t originally carry our dog food but ordered it specially just for us, and they deliver locally! They helped us through one of our dogs illnesses and even recommended a teeth cleaning service!

We love coming here to get our dogs treats! It's great to learn about all the healthy products and single ingredient treats they carry, much better than the box store. Maggie and Mike are the nicest people in the Gundo and are always so helpful, I am so happy they are in town for our dogs needs!

The best pet store!Not only is this a wonderful mom and pop store the owners Mike and Maggie are a wealth of information. I have a breed of dog that can have it's health challenges and since we started shopping there we have found the perfect food for our pup, his coat is shiny and his skin is clear.we're so lucky to have this shop in town.Shop small

My dog Prince has been having GI issues at least three times a week for a while, so I decided to book an appt with the vet. But a week before going to the vet, I stopped at Wags N Whiskers and shared my concerns. The owner Mike explained that my dog is probably allergic to his food. Prince would not touch his food all day and just eat it at night. He explained the dog probably knows the food is bad for him but by the end of the day he is starving so he had to eat it. He recommended changing his food to another brand with specific ingredients that would probably be great for prince, and his wife, Maggie, recommended this goat milk probiotic. I was in a bit disbelief, but I decided to try. As soon as I put the new food on Prince's bowl, he devoured everything and wanted more (wow!!), he hasn't eaten like that for a while. I didn't even need to transition food. He adapted to it right away. And next day, his behavior changed, he stopped licking his paws all the time, my husband told me Prince started acting way happier. It has been a week I changed his food and my dog hasn't had any diarrhea (tmi) since. So, I canceled the vet appt! I won't shop for my dog anywhere else; I love supporting locals, small business owners. Mike and Maggie are super nice and helpful, their products are all coming from safe sources and prices are totally competitive. Actually, I think I will be saving money, since the new food doesn't have all these fillers, I can feed him less quantities, he gets more nutrients and definitely less vet's visits!

Maggie and Mike are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is apparent they love what they do and will find answers for your animal questions. Trying to get three dogs on three different diets based on their very different issues was no small feat. I love that Mike zooms around town on his moto scooter, handing out pet treats, and has delivered food to my door when I don't have enough hands. Shopping local is so nice...we needed this in El Segundo. Please shop here so they stay forever!
