Super bummed about the staff changes at this location, as I have been a customer for years. I went in to pick up a product that I ordered on-line. I was informed that the service was not available. I asked for a refund. I was told that only a manager could provide a refund and that I would have to return to the store when his shift started. I left without the product or a refund. My time is valuable and now I have to chase down a refund? That is how you lose loyal customers.

I had been dealing with Amazon returns lately and the ease and process in which the ups store helps is pretty great. I know it's a simple procedure now but I had no idea what I was doing and the young man had been kind enough to explain the process. Simple and the returns went smoothly. This place is always busy and the parking is the only thing that is a little tough if it's crowded but other than that the parking the ups store is a great business, they are reasonable. In fact before I used it for Amazon my father needed some business letters sent out the next day and was about to overpay, now any other business would have just said "okay where to?". Here the young man was kind enough to point out if I choose another option it would get there same speed for half the price due to the location was in the same state just few hundred miles away. It was a kind thing to do because my father and I don't really know shipping speeds from UPS as much as we should but the fact they are honest is why I really appreciated the store a lot more.

I've been coming to this local UPS store for many years, to drop off packages, notary services and I also have a mailbox there. Everyone who works here is friendly and efficient. I'm glad this is close to me and offers much better service than the post office.

I contacted this store from Canada for a local business related pack and ship service. I was thoroughly impressed with the Store2991 team. They were very professional, patient & extremely helpful. The packing charge was very reasonable. Our company will definitely return to this location in the future. I highly recommend this store.

I have used the services at this UPS Store for many years. Recently I need to ship a precious family heirloom to our child back East. The team at the store did an amazing packing job, fully protecting the item - and at a very reasonable price. We were thrilled with the result, and the item arrived without incident - thanks!
