This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they've been nice and other times depending on who you get, you might come across one of those wretched people. You know the woman that sits there behind her computer pretending you're not standing there in front of her at the counter. I had to actually say, "Excuse me." She looks up annoyed as if put out. I said, "All I need is..." My transaction was so short, it was only 60 seconds. It's not like I was hogging up her day.Here's some advice ladies at this place, when someone is standing there, you don't pretend you don't see them when you looked right at them when they initially walked in with a friendly smile. You don't look at them and go back to playing solitaire. Then you have the audacity to give me attitude because you actually had to do your job. If you don't like your job, then quit and give it to someone else that is dying for a job.The oldest lady there is always the nicest, but there is a middle aged woman there with darker brunette hair that is just rude.

Truly terrific service! I blitzed in the door with a load of gifts to go to two different addresses on opposite sides of the country. One had long, skinny dowels and a bunch of size mis-matched items, some fragile. The other had plain fragile items and overall less random sizing. It took quite a bit of measuring and re-fitting to find the right box, pack all the fragile items in bubble wrap, collect the addresses, and ready the boxes for out the door and on their way. Robin was great, totally unflappable even when two customers with different questions arrived in the middle of my boxing up. They were happy to "get in and get out" without complications, and I was OK with the interruption--it's that kind of place--people are courteous and careful! Major applause to Robin, who despite my items' mis-matched sizes and a Rubic's cube of ways to keep the fragiles organized in the boxes and delivered safely, got it all done pretty quickly even while interrupted by quick-question customers. I didn't have the heart to make them wait for simple things when my double-box set was kind of a pain to wait through. Led to some nice conversation, too! Smiles all round at the end, so: Wow! I'd go back with no hesitation! AAA+++ from AA:)

I have been using their services for nearly 20 years. Recently I had to Fed Ex my mom's will to the State of Alaska. Knowing this is a sensitive thing given my mom recently passed, I was met with care and respect and told not worry, it would go out that day. When I have needed a Notary, I go here because I can count on them to do it the right way. Couldn't ask for better people taking care of my mailing needs.

I go in here to either mail things or drop off my FedEx packages. I think they don't accept USPS but they do take UPS and FedEx. They are so nice here and I'm glad we have them in our little town!

I get email spam daily and two had the address of this mailing service, 531 Main Street Suite 902 in El Segundo. Business 1 calls itself "Health Plans of America" and claims to offer health insurance quotes for Bidencare. Business 2 is called “Blue Sky Auto Insurance” and says it can let you compare car insurance plans. If The Mailbox owners aren't aware their mailbox is used to spam, or if it's fake address and they never leased a mailbox to these scammers, they should.

I get a lot of spam daily and one had the address of this mailing service, 531 Main Street Suite 902 in El Segundo. If The Mailbox owners aren't aware their mailbox is used to spam, or if it's a fake address and Health Plans America never leased a mailbox from them, they should.
