Wonderful service. Love this store!! I have shopped at Jewelry Source for several years. Most recently I was there with a need. Having been robbed will all my jewelry taken, I went asking for help in evaluating my loss. I was provided with receipts of everything I had ever purchased there as well as a walk through the store giving me approximate costs for many other items. The kindness and service was above and beyond. Color me grateful. I recommend everyone stop in to this little neighborhood gem.

I had the greatest experience with the staff at The Jewelry Source when redesigning a custom ring using family heirloom stones. They are trustworthy, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave great direction when trying to choose what design to go with and I love the result—I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience working with The Jewelry Source! They helped me order a custom engraved pair of cufflinks for a baptism gift. They texted me updates for proofs before engraving and delivery dates every step of the way. Excellent customer service with Michelle! And they will even gift wrap it for you!

Michelle is an angel! My mom and I wanted to repurpose stones from her necklace into a ring for me. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen eye for design, incorporating the stones in a way that coordinates with other rings I wear. She was lovely to work with throughout the process, and now I have a beautiful piece I'll cherish forever.
