Carter was fantastic! My fiancée and I flew out from Orlando because we could not find any LGBTQ friendly custom suit businesses in the North and Central part of Florida. From the virtual consult to the in person visit, the staff at the El Segundo location made us feel comfortable and welcome.
Carter took care of our in person visit and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and accommodated my inability to visualize by doing his best to grab examples from what was available in store so I could get a better idea as to what we were creating.
At the very last minute, I changed things up on him and he remained patient with me. This was my first time designing a suit and the entire process was overwhelming for me but Carter helped ease me through the anxiety.
Will definitely return to this location when I am ready to create my next custom suit.

We ordered my husband’s tux for our wedding and it looks phenomenal. Martin really took care of us. The measurement was perfect and we didn’t need any alterations after it came in. So happy!

THIS is the place to go for your custom suit! Danny at the El Segundo shop was incredibly helpful and informative. I just got my suit, and it's perfect. I can't recommend this shop enough!

I am very happy I chose The Grotto Menswear for my suit and my groomsmen’s suits. They have a great selection of fabric and they make your suit custom from scratch. The team there is extremely friendly and helpful. I know I’m going to look amazing at my wedding and I plan on returning to the Grotto for my next suit.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Being able to have a suit custom made for roughly the same price as my off-the-rack Suit Supply blew my mind. I got to pick the material, threads, buttons, etc. They tailored it to the style I wanted, the staff is super knowledgeable, and it feels like a special experience. Nick, Danny, and Carter were awesome. The whole process feels very VIP. I'll be back to get some jackets made.

I honestly did not really love the idea of getting a fitted tux for my wedding until I met with the stylists here. They made the experience actually fun, they were super engaging and helpful and honestly, I went back for more accessories after the fact. They are really good at what they do here.

EXCELLENT! Worked with Martin on my new tux for my daughter's wedding. He knew exactly what he was doing and yet, no pressure or rush. He even clued me into the option of doing something fun for the lining. While promised the tux would show up at my house within four weeks, in fact, it was just two weeks. This allowed plenty of time to do minor alterations. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for an awesome fully tailored custom suit for a good price this is the place to go. I wanted something special for my wedding and they delivered. Got an awesome 3 piece suit fully custom that was of the highest quality. They helped to do multiple tailoring after the suit arrived to ensure the perfect fit. Really happy I went here and loved the experience of designing a suit so many fun details to work out. Will be back again for custom dress shirts.
