Luis, the body manager, went beyond and above to deliver exceptional customer service. I took my car in after the paint was starting to fade and he took care of my car right away and explained the details of the process. I highly recommend this body shop, he gave me a great deal and made sure I had my car back when I needed it.

I needed to get the roof of my daughter`s car painted. The paint was starting to wear down and the clear coat was a mess. I took it to Tashken on a Thursday. I was helped by Luis who gave me an estimate for half of what others wanted. I took it in on the following Monday, and it was ready by 10:30am that Wednesday. The paint looks fantastic. Oh, and they gave me rides to and from my home. I am so impressed by the quality of their work, and friendliness of everyone I met. Highly recommend them!

I had to write a review because of the great service i received here from Yuri ( he's the owner). After a hit and run accident I was looking for a place where I can get my car fixed with a good deal and more importantly good service...I was so lucky to find this place. Yuri was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even offered to pick up my car and returned it once all the repairs were done. Wow!!! This was HUGE for me since I'm a mother of 2 and it would be such a hassle to have to deal with this all myself. I highly recommend this place! If you do stop by ask for Yuri!!

Yury is the owner and is very great ! My car needed my fender repaired. The team gave me a great estimate. My car was fixed in just a few days and looks brand new. Satisfied. Will recommend.

Under new management! Yury and his Team are great he goes above and beyond. They offered to pick my car up from my house in encino and delivered it when it was ready. After an unfortunate 3 car accident on the freeway, the people at Tashken really stepped up and made me feel comfortable about the repair process. They gave me regular updates about the length of time on the repair and what the status on parts were. Even after the dealership inspected the car for my lease end return, they had no idea that the car was even in a serious wreck. Never using another body shop!

After taking my vehicle to 2 other nearby auto body shops for estimates to repair my vehicle I brought my vehicle here for a 3rd and final quote. The first 2 places I took my vehicle to gave me similar written estimates to repair my vehicle, I also did my own research to see what the costs involved would be beforehand to ensure accuracy. When I brought my vehicle here they took a look at my vehicle and started explaining how difficult my vehicle was going to be to repair. They concluded that the front end of my vehicle has damages beyond repair and that it wouldn't be worth it for me to have my vehicle repaired. They told me there were other damages to my vehicle in an attempt to discourage me from having my vehicle repaired here; they never once looked up the costs of any of the parts or provided me with any of their conclusions in writing. After listening to their reasoning I questioned them regarding some of their suggested repairs and they continued to add other reasons why it would cost even more to repair (they didn't realize I had already received 2 other written estimates previously). Since I received the previous written estimates and I had also conducted my own research before coming here I knew that they were lying to my face. To make things worse the owner comes out during my estimate and says to me 'can you move this vehicle out of here?'.
