Remarkable experience. StrongProject delivered ahead of schedule with stellar customer service. There was even an issue with one of the custom pieces that was unexpected and out of their control. I wanted to share my experience with this company! We have our custom desks built out to the specs that we needed and they are beautiful and very sturdy!! We had a little alignment issue after 8 months and Cindy Lim made sure we were taken cared of!!! NOW THATS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY COMPANY SHOUDL GIVE. We strongly recommend StrongProject to anyone who wants beautiful custom high quality office furniture and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Reaching out to StrongProject after discovering them through multiple web searches, as I explored modern and contemporary office furniture options, was the best decision I could have made! After our initial meeting, I elected to work with StrongProject from design development through punch list completion for a new 15k sq. ft. office we were building out. I couldn’t be more pleased with not only the amazing outcome of the finished office but the partnership we built throughout the project.The StrongProject Team is very knowledgeable and understood the desired outcome very quickly, they didn’t just hear me, they listened and asked good questions and provided great feedback and suggestions. They made recommendations and provided support to customize a few furniture pieces that I just couldn’t find out of a catalog. They kept ergonomics and comfort in mind when providing furniture options and the results have been praised by our company team members occupying the office.There was no barrier working virtually together, making the over 3,000 miles between our site located on the East Coast, and their team who is located on the West Coast, seem minutes away, there was never a missed milestone. Communication was excellent and StrongProject goes above and beyond in their follow up and follow through.As part of their offered services, they helped me establish a starting budget and then went the extra mile to assist with value engineering our furniture selections, since we needed to reduce some of the total cost, all without sacrificing any of the options originally selected, the finished products mirrored the look and functionality we were seeking.If you are looking for a partner and not just another supplier, than I highly recommend working with StrongProject. They are a proven value added resource and we are already working together on additional companywide projects, I couldn’t imagine completing them without StrongProject by my side!

Working with them right now on a project for a cool loft space in DC. The products on their site are really second to non as far as style. The mood and lofty design services that their blog and website sets are elusive at this stage. My sales person never responds to the details in my emails, just finally a reply, that never answers any of the questions that I raise. I'm struggling to find a working relationship at this point. While I have asked in my emails and by phone how best to fit into their design process, I'm finding that your really on your own to pick from 1000's of furniture options from the website, and a designer, whom I'm not allowed to speak with does a layout. Then back comes the sales person ( I'm not naming him) who hasn't read or responded to anything I put in my emails for guidance. I'm committed to using SP at this point but they certainly puff up the design consultants role, or if there really are any. I'm continuing on with the process and will work with it. But I'm definitely the design consultant they describe on their site;);)

Worked with Mike from SP on a large project that involved several offices and a tight timeframe. He was very conscientious of budget, always giving us options to save money without sacrificing style or quality. I loved that it was full service - they worry about hiring installers and chasing shipping companies to ensure on time delivery and install. I can't count the number of times I changed my mind but Mike was always patient and at one point called the manufacturer for us for a last minute change. All in all very pleased!

I used Strong Project to furnish my new office. Cindy and her team were great on the front end, and the result is something we are very happy with. Like any larger project, there were issues. On the back end, the customer service was just as good as at the front end. It is great to have a high quality company that stands by their work all the way through. I would not use anyone else to furnish an office!

We had a very small office to furnish, which probably didn't bring in much money for StrongProject. Nonetheless, Cindy was 100% dedicated to helping us with our design and order, and was very easily accessible and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We wanted to stay within a reasonable budget, which Cindy was respectful of, and helped guide us towards products that were within range. Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with and gave us great recommendations to furnish our new Brookfieold Los Angeles office in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Their modern furniture is competitvely priced, of great quality, and is delivered on-time/without issue.
