Their monthly service fee is $21.76 regardless of how many packages you send out. So for a private individual this does not make sense. My father, age 93 signed up for thisbecause he needed a few postage stamps and did not understand the fine print. After the first free month, the charges were appearing on his credit card that was set to auto pay, so for 3years we were paying $21.76 monthly without realizing it. Then when I called to cancel the account (we did not use it more than 10 times in 3 years) they only gave us credit for two months. In addition, they told me, in retrospect, that they have a basic plan for only $9 per month that we could switch to if we preferred that! THIS IS DECEPTIVE MARKETING. It might be convenient for small businesses that send a lot of packages by UPS or USPS but for an individual who rarely sends anything, it is not worth the money. You can print a label on UPS at no charge!

What a scam. Took my money and got nothing for it. I have been charged $19.99 a month for the last couple of months. Haven't looked at my credit card for a while, my mistake. There was a pending charge for today on it. I called them and asked them to reverse only this charge but said they wouldn't even after they confirmed that I hadn't used them in a couple of months. I wish I would have read reviews before using them.

3 months later, after being a large business customer for over 4 years , and after 15 phone calls in November and December , over 80 emails to them, and now on hold for 20 minutes yet again waiting for our over $300 in funds to be returned to us. Nobody has an answer. They need to be out of business. How they handle customer's money is fraudulent.We still cannot get our refund back that has been due to us since early December. We are speaking to a CSR in a another country that is clueless. Use anybody but them

I use stamps.com on almost a daily basis. I love that I don't need to wait in long lines. Stamps.com makes it easy for me to keep up with my Etsy shop. I am committed to using USPS. I think our Post Office is extremely important and I would like to see the Post Office thrive. It's a wonderful American institution.

I bought an Ethernet printer from them. After 1 hour with tech support, the call got disconnected . No one had a clue how to set it up on the network. No one called me back. I gave up.Land of clueless... Don't recommend

On hold with customer service (been on hold for 18 mins), they say they can't return my money for 4-6 weeks. I just got an email saying I now have a monthly subscription! After I paid/printed my first label, the website popped up a window said I could have shipped my package cheaper (why not tell me before?). I sincerely regret giving this corrupt company my business, will never again. Buyer Beware! Do NOT make an account!!!

Worst deceptive service ever. They had an update on their software that caused me over $50 of stamps to incorrectly print. Contacted them and was told to send it to them for refund. Sent to them with USPS delivery confirmation with their own service and followed their return instructions. Was told they never received it, even though I had confirmation of delivery. Later, was told that since nobody signed for it, it was not valid. Bunch of liars. Will never use ever again. Hope nobody else gets scammed from these cheaters. You may save a few bucks in the short run, but in the long run, they will rob you blind. Just use USPS official website directly if you want to buy postage. It may not be the best, but it is 10X better that this poor excuse of a business.

Bought stamps once, cancelled my service before getting charged their monthly fee. 19 months went by before I noticed I was still being charged. Called and they said there was nothing they could do. Call and tell them you know they have a history of refunding you the full amount and that you expect a full refund and want to talk to a supervisor. This worked for me and I have a check coming in the mail for the full amount.

Hi, my card was recently charged for a $17.99 (plus tax) membership that I did not purchase. I recently signed up for a free trial but then canceled it before the 30 days were up. I have no use for Stamps.com. However, my account is still showing as active. I need an immediate full refund, and to need to have my account closed. I do not want to dispute the charge with my bank, but will do so if necessary. Please resolve this

I am a customer of many years. Today I needed to print about 100 labels and their system was not working. I spent more than 3 hours on hold waiting for "the next available representative." What a crock of s**** Worthless customer service.

One star is too good for this company. I recommend that you avoid them like the plague. Read the other reviews, they are not worth the trouble, and YOU WILL BE SORRY THAT YOU HAD ANY CONTACT WITH STAMPS.COM. I complained to the BBB about this company, and they lied about stopping their mailings and are now sending their junk to my home address. I never ordered anything from them, I could never get anyone to stop the harassment after numerous mailings. This company, in my opinion, and from my experience, is a bad company. No one should be harassed this way.

Crappy service! I CAN NOT recommend this company at all! This company is completely inconsistent. They drop calls and can't resolve problems after hours on the phone. So frustrating! I would NOT USE Stamps.com
