I have been using St. Antony Pharmacy for the past several years now, and I have to say, it is now "safe" to say how this pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used- EVER. The service is excellent, and this is one of the places I usually get some of my compound medications from. You would think common courtesy is commonplace for all pharmacies, but sadly, that is not the case, even for pharmacies that get good reviews. So you must beware!Emad, the owner, is always very responsive when a medication does not go through for the first few times. Insurances and negligent doctors' offices can be very lazy, not to mention some other pharmacies I had to deal with in the past- meaning like having to ask for something 10-20 times even, and still being ignored!I cannot recall a time that St. Antony's has failed to return a call or email of mine, or text even! I would imagine that it is the Owner's personal value system that might have a lot to do with the way he treats his customers!This pharmacy makes themselves available through all modes of communication- email, phone, and text. I also love how they are open on Saturdays.My only wish is that I would have discovered this place a whole lot sooner, before COVID. I highly recommend St. Antony's Pharmacy without a single reservation. Does your pharmacy treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times? Does your pharmacy give fair treatment to everybody? Try out this pharmacy, they are the best and they are more than some other private pharmacies I dealt with before too!

I actually want to give them a 0.I will not ever visit this pharmacy. My son’s medication is short everywhere and this is the only place that has it. They were charging me full price. I asked why as we have insurance. I was told because since the medication is in high demand right now and “they need to make a profit”. Yep you read that right.Luckily I called before I went. I cancelled that order.

This pharmacy is awesome. They provided me with outstanding personal service. I needed a prescription from my hometown doctor, and I had a small window of opportunity to get it. Only 1 hour until I left the US for 5 weeks. They made repeated calls to my pharmacy in order to get the prescription and fill it prior to my flight. They were friendly and helpful. I had first tried Walgreens, and the pharmist was rude and dismissive. Thank you, St. Antony's for helping me out and being truly kind.

LISTEN... I typically refrain from writing reviews, and these days, I approach reviews with EXTREME caution. However, when a company surpasses ALL others in their field, particularly in terms of OUTSTANDING customer service, I find myself compelled to share my experience. Emad and his exceptional team have been instrumental in assisting me in ways that go beyond description, involving sensitive and private information. Having visited major pharmacies like CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens, as well as private ones, I can attest that the personalized service and the sense of genuine welcome and recognition are unparalleled in private and boutique pharmacies. When I initially chose St. Antony's due to its proximity, I soon realized that their commitment to excellence sets them apart. The key distinction, in my opinion, lies in the exceptional relationship they build with their customers--offering understanding and assistance when others fall short, going the extra mile to provide care and comfort. Love this place. They are always so kind to walk me through the best ways to give different medications to my perpetually sick kids , really happy to have them be our pharmacy of choice for the various prescriptions their Dr calls in.

Amazing service. Extremely customer service focused and their pricing has been great. They know you by name when you come in and they deliver which is huge. Highly recommend! Way better than Walgreens or CVS.

Simply the best pharmacy in the Los Angeles Metropolitan. Full stop. It's not even close. Personalized service (they know you by name); everyone is friendly and helpful: the owner and head pharmacist Emad is nothing short of a saint -- the number of ways in which he's made my baby daughter's liver transplant recovery bearable are incalculable. The man literally spent an hour on the phone with our insurance company while he was on vacation, just to name one example. Empathy, accuracy, honesty, integrity. If you really want to experience what exceptional service is (the complete and utter opposite of CVS / RiteAid / drugstore nonsense) go here. Thank you Emad -- you and St Antony's are in our prayers.

Great customer service. Their connection to my specialist meant the insurance paperwork, red tape, and problem solving was all handled by them. I truly was the customer. They called the next day to follow up with fabulous service and discounts. Medication was delivered to my door the NEXT DAY! WIN !

I just started using this pharmacy for 2 of my medications and it’s the best one I’ve ever gone to.They:1) never run out of the medication I need like CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid does.2) are super quick to refill, unlike other pharmacy’s who sometimes take up to 24 hours.3) are super kind.4) always answer calls and you don’t have to go through an automated bot to reach them.5) maintain a clean and safe pharmacy work space.6) are overall really reliable.This place only deserves 5 stars.Btw my real name is Dana I am on an alternate account.

Great independent pharmacy. This is the place for you if, like me, you're totally exhausted by the delays and lack of personalization @ big chains like cvs etc. definitely recommend!
