Horrible !!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I went In for a fill in where I was quoted 55 dollars upon arrival the owner asked if I was from there I said no and she sent over the older woman who was rubbing someone's shoulders when I walked in.to do my fill in the woman was much older but hey I gave her a chance it took her over 30 min just to take my polish off!! Then she put mounds of acrylic on my nails forcing the shape to change from coffin to round ? when I noticed this I asked her why is she doing that she said she's building it up to file it down smh again I said ok I'll trust the process but it looks really bad that took an additional 1 1/2 hours ! Then when it came to the design I asked for a snowflake which she said she can do that looks like a dog paw print smh from there it went from bad to worse my nails are extremely thick lumpy and the polish is peeling off due to her putting on so many layers! She the adds the stones with clear top coat smh they were falling off before I left by the time I got out the uber over 65%of the stones were gone so then came the bill $150 !! For a fill is ridiculous I absolutely hate my nails they are the worst set I've had in the 20 years of me getting my nails done I believe I was taken advantage of because I was from out of town and they should be ashamed of themselves

So kind and professional and my nails look amazing! I even messed up two of my nails the day after they made them perfect and they fixed them at no charge. Great place!

Marvelous salon experience. Ms. Natalie is the best! She is so skilled, takes her time, does not skip steps, or cut corners. The results are truly beautiful and long lasting. Thank you!

I've come here several times with past girls I've dated and long story short - they charge astronomically crazy prices with fake add ones. My girl chose the deluxe mani/pedi listed for $70 and it ended up to be $120. When I asked them to make it make sense to me I had 3 of the women yelling at me at the same time and they said because she got gel manicure and they had to use the dremel tool to sand off the old existing gel that it as much more expensive than what was listed on their menu of options. The deluxe package should include the sending off the the old existing polish, and I can understand if gel is $10 or even $15 dollars more but for it to be $50 more on top of $70 is absolutely absurd. They lost all my future business and I will go elsewhere from now on.

They were not straight forward with their pricing when I asked before having my nails done. The shaping of the nails is uneven and different shapes. They began chipping 2 days after. They also only accept debit and cashServices: Acrylic nails

Won't come back. They aggressively tried to remove my acrylics with a metal tool and take nail to scrape it off. Ripped off top of my nail to the nail bed and made me bleed.

Queen Nails was recommended to me by a friend and I have been going there for months to get acrylic sets. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I often ask for a design or specific style and after showing them a picture they are so willing to try it. My nails always turns out great, whether it's a complicated design or a pretty color. I love coming here every 3 weeks or so for a new set or fill. I 100% recommend Queen Nails for whatever you are looking for!

I go to Queen Nails for a pedicure, most of the time I'm the only male. I'm a senor citizen and have difficulty trimming my toenails. I highly recommend Queen Nails.

I went in to get my eye lashes done. The lady didn't seem like she was happy to do mine . She was rude when I tryed to talk to her and the energy was off. After she finished with me . She told me she was not going to do anymore because she had to wear her glasses and then said a smart remark under her breath which was towards me. The whole ordeal was just unsettling and uncomfortable. Also the Asian women were talking in the language which sounded like they were arguing . I will not be coming back here again. I do not recommend and very unprofessional to act that way towards customers. If your unhappy with your job then don't work there.

First, I want to give praise to Tammy for my pedicure today! I got gel white French tips & She did such a great job!! I stopped by on my lunch (they were a little bit busy) but I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes (my fault bc I changed my color 3 times lol). I will definitely be back! :)Service: Pedicures

The staff were nice, but completely incompetent for proper nail care. If you're going here for just a simple mani pedi its great, but if you have dip powder on your nails and you need to remove them do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They sadly are not trained to properly remove the dip powder, and it was probably the worst manicure experience I've ever had. I was trying to be nice and go along with it, but half way through I honestly considered just leaving. At first they attempted to just use nail clippers to remove the gel. Literally clipping away at it in pieces. When I asked them to just file the top down and let me soak in acetone, they didn't let me soak for long enough and attempted to use a kleenex to remove - resulting in just a sticky mess with kleenex fibers all over my nails. It was almost comical. When the woman had clearly struggled enough, she asked another woman to help her. This second woman took a fake nail tip (like for acrylics) and shoved it into the side of my nail and literally just sliced away until the gel material (and the top layer of my nails) lifted away. It was quite painful. I could have (and have) done way better on my own at home. They were very nice, and affordable so I would go back for a basic manicure again - but they are not equipped or trained for proper management of dip, gel, or acrylics.
