I'm giving this review based off of my experience. The grooming salon took my baby as a walk in on the same day. I was reluctant to go back to PetSmart because of my experience at the Hawthorne location but I'm glad I was able to give petsmart a second chance with a new fur baby. This was my babies first hair cut and she came back looking very clean and well groomed and didn't try to up charge me and give me an excuse upon pick up or even at drop off. Thank you to Lily for handling her grooming services. You did an amazing job. My baby came back super energetic and hyper which was not what I was expecting, which meant she was taken care of. I will be going back to this location specifically to handle all her grooming needs. They told me they were gonna see if they would be able to give her a haircut since it was her first one, if not it would just be a trim and bath & when I picked her up they were successful in doing so. AWESOME JOB, Lily!

absolutely do not recommend having your animals groomed at this location. we took our ten year old 3 1/2 pounds yorkie in for a wash and cut and they burned her neck badly with the electric razor. They also couldn't care less and are making difficult to get a refund.

We are new dog owners (4 y.o. Husky mix rescue) and new to PetSmart. We have been so impressed with this store. They have a great selection of affordable dog food, toys, and other necessities. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Today, we had a private lesson with trainer, Tory, who is phenomenal! She was so good with our dog and we learned a great deal about getting him to follow commands through positive reinforcement related to not pulling on his leash when walking. We highly recommend Tory and will be signing up for her group training classes that cover multiple other commands for manners and appropriate behavior. Thank you PetSmart!

Saturday February 10, 2024 My boyfriend and I walked in to purchase our puppies their kibble. Paid for everything they ate some that evening, the next morning they decided not to eat, all day the refused the food and their stool was soft, they both had diarrhea, we thought it was the change of food.Turns out Monday morning something told me to check the expiration date, come to find out the kibble has been EXPIRED SINCE OCT. 2023. Brand of the Kibble is Wellness. PLEASE double check the expiration dates as non of the employees have caught this at all. I called PetSmart Customer Service line just for the agent to be nonchalant and not a big deal, her response "well did you take it back to the store" very careless. Not knowing if my dogs were ok or anything. For sure the company would've never paid for any Vet bills. It's a big deal to me as these are my babies, as a human being no one would be eating expired food without complaining about it!!!

I am a major proponent of publicizing positive experiences. This is my first time taking my pet to this grooming facility. He had an appointment with Connie. I could feel their high energy as soon as I walked into the grooming salon. The morale appeared to be high—grooming is not an easy task. I even saw a handful of Teamwork exchanges while checking in. Connie and her crew were very nice, respectful, patient, and communicated well. My doggie looked great, and she even won the battle of cutting his long nails. Thank you Connie—Jaxon & I are grateful! We'll be back!

Took my dog Cairo to get groomed - and this is what i ended up with (see pics) - my dog got injured while under their care and they had the nerve to (1) call me and say he is bleeding and if i could come pick him up and take him to a vet because their vet, Banfield, did not have any room to which I replied "you actually expect me to come and put my dog in the car bleeding and drive around town to find a vet to take care of him when he got injured under your care?" (2) they would only cover the cost this time, but any additional cost for follow-up visits would be at my expense - to which I replied "yeah right". Now when they told me that he was bleeding and he would not stop bleeding I asked did he need stitches and they replied no but one week later when I took him for his follow up visit the doctor informed me that he was still bleeding and needed stitches, and that they would have to sedate him to put the stitches in and the cost would be $447 now the doctor said since he got injured at Petsmart, PetSmart would pay for it but a few minutes later the nurse comes in and says that PetSmart would not be covering the cost and I can either pay the $447 to have him sedated and stitched or they could just change the Band-Aid. Of course I said no if he needs stitches you're gonna do stitches but I'm not gonna pay for it. PetSmart is gonna pay for it, can you please go get the store manager and she agreed I sat there for about 20 minutes (manager was probably talking to her District Manager) and eventually the store manager comes in and tells me that they will pay for the procedure, but going forward I will be responsible for the cost and I can no longer bring my dog to PetSmart for grooming, my response was "so in retaliation for you having to do what is legally your responsibility (if your pet gets injured while in someone else's care, the person who's care that pet is under is responsible) you are going to penalize us by banning us from coming back (but of course, why would I wanna bring my dog back to them for grooming). I went on further to say that "not one time did anyone call to check on Cairo - and initially you wanted me to pay for it". So the moral of the story is "if you take your dog to Petsmart and your dog gets injured because of their negligence or not, you will either pay for those damages out of your own pocket or be prepared to never be able to bring your dog back to PetSmart. Now how is that for CUSTOMER SERVICE? By the way, I took Cairo for his second follow-up visit and his tail is still not healed - they see more blood which means he still has to wear that bandaid on his tail and that cone on his head. Perhaps it's because they failed to render proper care by neglecting to give him stitches in the first place. BUT TRUST ME THIS IS BY NO MEANS OVER!

We were helped by the manager, Gabriel. He was efficient, courteous, and brought a lot of energy to our questions. We have a four month old puppy so we needed a carrier and some other things and he helped us with that.

I was anxious to bring my dog for a cut after another failed groomer experience. However, after speaking to Tiffany I felt at ease. Tiffany was very polite and she helped during his grooming appointment along with another male groomer. I strongly recommend bringing your pet to this location. While I was waiting for him I also spoke to two other clients who drive 3 hrs to this location to get their cats groomed.

When we got home, we realized the fresh food we purchased was past the "sell by" date by over a week.

First time in this particular Pet Smart. Soon as I walked in the door the smell was so strong. The floor had wet spots in it. Never had that experience at any other one. It's not a tidy store at all. I will say that at least the cashiers were nice. And even though the line was long. The cashiers move pretty fast.

called to do a self wash and was told that if I got there after 5:15, I'd have to be done by 6. so I drove 2 minutes and got there at 5:31. I was told that they take the last customer at 5:30 and that even though I was told something different in the phone, that they do have that listed on the front door. I'd never been there before so I'd never seen the front door. the store is open until 7 and the self dog wash needs to be done by 6. I told them that I would be done by 6 and there were 2 tubs open but they still said that was "the rule". I will never go there for anything and neither should you. the worst customer service I've ever seen. the manager should be fired.
