Not sure what's going on with Pitt Stop lately, things are missed and sloppy. I came in for services and they did not top off any fluid, found that out the hard way. Also replaced my windshield wiper blades and they left the cover on one of them.
My daughter came in for services and ask for tire rotation, Pitt Stop charged her $40 but did not rotate any tires, her tires have marks so very easy to identify whether it was rotated or not.
Will look for other local places, not happy with Pitt Stop.

Charge very expensive; for only changing a spark plug + coil (only one cylinder) of my car, they charge me 276$. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...

My rental got a pretty bad flat tire an hour after renting. Took it in and they took car of the flat within 2 hours. Replaced the spare and remounted it on the trunk of the car. Very nice and welcoming service. Didn't have any issues after they fixed the tire. Thanks!

Kind, fast great service!!!! They took us in same day and helped advise us what to do with our issue, did a diagnosis on the spot and told us what we could do to make sure we passed our smog test!! Amazing and efficient. Very reasonable pricing, and very nice ladies at the front desk!! Would absolutely recommend!!! Go here definitely

Inconsistent. I had a flat tire and needed to purchase 2 new tires. I called in to see if they had my tires available on Wednesday. They tell me they will order the tires for me and have them by the afternoon and call me when they come in. They did. I was very happy with the quick turnaround, so I brought my car in And they tell me they ordered the wrong size. I will have to come back the next day when they arrive between 9 AM and 11 AM. Nobody called so I called them at 11:01 AM and the young woman tells me. Oh yeah they are here, swing by and drop off your car. When I arrived, she tells me it’s going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait. First come first serve, she says.
I told her I thought I was in line since yesterday since you ordered the wrong tires and I’ve missed work already. she told me well, there’s nothing I can do about it. That’s our policy if you want to refund, we’ll go ahead and do that for you.
This is just an example of poor customer service, not trying to be accommodating and understanding to the person who has missed work and been misguided with previous communication from another employee. Then there was a lot of back-and-forth with the front desk when I came in and very nonchalant attitude like they didn’t care, “yeah, will try“ not once did I hear an apology. I am a business owner, and the customer may have different expectations, that’s on the provider to make sure the customer feels like they are heard and important. . Do better, Pitt Stop

This is my go-to tire shop. I used to live on this street and they'd patch my Prius flats for a GREAT deal when I was younger and much more broke. Went in this week with bigger issues at 8am and they had me out, service completed, with thoughtful/not gatekeepy answers by 9a. Nice folks, all around dependable service, price, and work.

Everytime I come here, they are the nicest people and the most efficient. The last time I came Alfredo took care of me. He’s a legend!

Easy in, easy out for a quick flat repair. But not sure why they'd leave the engine idling the whole time... Also, these guys don't use torque wrenches. Observed technician use the air wrench to gorilla the lug nuts on. Didn't think much of it, but when I went to remove that specific wheel to DIY my brakes, I needed to stand on my lug wrench to get the lugs off. 1.5 ft wrench x 150 lb me = 225 ft-lb to break loose the lug nuts. Thumbs down.
