Did some super quick shopping on my way to the LAX airport as that was the last day of my US trip. My friend offered some great suggestions and we were done in less than 15 mins. When I got back home, the clothes fit and looked well and the family was happy. Thanks to my friend to introduce this place. I found it good value for money too ??

Best place to shop. Every Nordstrom rack we go is so organised, service is really good- lots of beautiful branded items! We shop til we dropped every Nordstrom rack !! Loved it!!!

Considering this NR is adjacent to one of the wealthiest beach cities in Southern California, you would think they would have higher-end apparel. I was really surprised at the limited stock and quality of the clothes. On a side note, I bought a few of their inexpensive Madewell brand t-shirts and every single one of them came out of the dryer with holes after the first wash. I didn't expect them to last forever but I certainly didn't expect them to be a one and done.

Stopped in with my mother to do some shopping this past Friday afternoon. We had a little trouble at checkout trying to secure the rewards points for her account (apparently a phone number issue later sorted out). Alex was stationed at the next (customer service) window and stepped in. He was very helpful and professionally resolved the issue on the spot.
