The store is cute and they offer a wide design selection with what looks like a mix of everyday casual wear, and looks that you can dress up a bit to the office. Unfortunately I'm giving this place 2 stars though, because they are not size inclusive. I came a couple weeks ago and they primarily carry sizes S-L. The team members were extremely friendly and nice, but also admitted that they don't carry many sizes beyond that. I also looked at their jeans and didn't find anything above a size 28 which was a bummer. It's really sad to see businesses limit themselves to a specific size range with limited inclusivity. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you prefer other sizing. Wish they were more diverse as I liked the quality of their clothing and thought the styles were cute, but sad that they're so limited in sizing.

It's a super cute boutique at a reasonable price point. I'm not overwhelmed by the selection but can always find a few things I like. There are a few reviews about customer service... I personally prefer being left alone when shopping so if an associate doesn't engage with me, that's a plus. As long as they offer to start me a dressing room as I collect items, I'm happy. I hope this store sticks around!

When I walked into the store, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged. I was looking for something specific. I was in the store for 30 minutes and not one associate asked me if they could assist me. They talked amongst themselves as though I wasn't even there. I felt very unwelcomed. Terrible customer service.

I like their clothing selection and all, but I was disappointed with the customer service situation one evening. I walked in and was not greeted or spoken to whatsoever, but the moment another shopper walked in she was greeted and asked if she needed any help? I am a POC and she wasn't, so that may or may not be a factor in shopping at this location. There was only one girl working at this time of the evening and when I looked to her when I needed help, she simply stared back at me. I was looking for my size in a dress so I had slightly moved the hangers to the side to find my size small, but I could not find my size, so I walked to a different rack... moments later she runs behind me to move the hanger back to where it was. She seemed more concerned of if I was moving stuff around rather than asking me if I needed help? I used to live in San Diego so I would go to the NRFB in UTC and had no problem with their customer service, but I feel racially profiled here... will not be returning...

This is my go to place when looking for the latest trends. They always get in really cute, reasonably priced and great quality clothes. During these tough times, I'm appreciative of this shop's attention to cleanliness, customer service and overall customer experience! All their staff is extremely friendly especially the Store Manager Amy. They've adjusted to this new normal with maximizing customer experience. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for always treating your customers with the upmost respect and customer service especially during this "new normal."

I was there last Thursday maybe? Jazmin was so nice and helped me try to pick out the right size since the fitting rooms aren't open. During these COVID times, I am just happy for a good service and a friendly face. I appreciate how the clothes are a good price for how cute they are. I will probably be back next week for more. I'm not certain why so many people are giving this shop so many bad reviews. I've always had a good experience. I know that COVID-19 has made business hell for everyone and I hope the Sunday and Monday closed days will change. But this might be our new normal anyway. I like the place and I like the people there, so I want it to be a success. I think the manager, Amy, was training new people. She was trying to do it all. I'm hoping they'll find people who are as good with customer service as she is. I know they've a repeat customer in me.

I was in L.A. with friends from out of town and came to the Point to eat. I didn't realize there was a No Rest For Bridget here. I shop at the Costa Mesa store. I loved this location. The store is bright and cheerful and everyone was friendly and helpful. My friends loved this store. I am not shopping alot due to covid but I felt like the store was clean and everyone had masks on. Great experience and I am from the OC but I am in the area quite often and I will be back and I will be letting my friends know that live up here.

Love love coming to visit the south bay and frequenting this store. Super cute clothing etc. BUT being closed Sunday and Monday with limited hours during the week is very annoying and disappointing. Tried to shop here 2X and closed both times. Giving up on this place unfortunately

I'm writing this review for my wife. She loves going to No Rest, but usually the Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach locations because the workers here are terrible. Today was the 3rd time where my wife walks in and nobody greets(she was the only shopper) she said the workers just looked at her. A few minutes later 2 other women walk in separately and they were greeted warmly. My wife tried on a few items, asks for a different size and worker says that's all we have. Doesn't offer to check the back, or check stock at other stores or suggest checking online like how other stores with competent employees would do. My wife bought 2 items and still weren't too nice she says. In tough Covid times like this you'd think employees would appreciate customers going into their store to shop...apparently these workers don't care. I told my wife to stop coming here and take her business and money elsewhere

I had gone in looking for work shoes, and Jenna helped me not only find the perfect pair but I then came back after my workout and bought a whole outfit. I felt bad because the only size left was on a mannequin and she took it off for me. She was awesome! If you are looking for a fun time shopping just go see her. Thanks for the help Jenna!!!!
