First off I would like to say Murad is a Great product. I have a problem with the fulfillment of the orders. When you place an order they charge you card, not when the product ships, (poor business practices). You will not notified a customer unless it’s the custom face serum. You should let your Customers who purchase your products which provides revenue, and provides paychecks to employees. (Good business practices). Hey sorry your order hasn’t shipped yet, but we will notify you when we have the product back in stock, by e-mail. Sorry for the delay and we will include something special in your order because of the delay, meaning free product or points. When the product is out of stock, but when busy you know when peaks and valleys in revenue occur, and orders happen, be prepared.

Worst costumer service I ever had to deal with!After 90 days of placing my order, there are still items missing with no help from costumer service!Was just given the around and had to deal with rude costumer service unable to spell in English!I won’t use Murad anymore in the future!

The customer service is abysmal/ non-existent. I purchased a product on online with a discount code, their website froze/ had a glitch, and it dropped the coupon and charged me the full price. When I called to have the discount taken off manually, they said they couldn’t do it. Then, they said I could return the products, but at MY expense. Unacceptable customer service. There are WAY too many amazing skin care companies out there that have excellent service, so don’t waste your time, energy or money on this place.

Horrible customer service. Multiple issues with an order and several extremely deceptive reps. I’m not sure if corporate penalizes their reps for resolutions that result in returns, but my complaint was handled by 3 reps who outride lies and did not properly note my account. I spend around $1000 a year at Murad but can no longer give them my business or use their products because of such poor customer service.

If you ever get to visit the murad HQ, it's amazing!! All the staff is really nice and the work areas are color coded based on their different lines.

I have been a Murad customer for over 10 years. I LOVE the products! I had just written a bad review but am changing it because of their customer service. They are the REAL deal. Don’t be afraid to speak up. They DO listen. They made their wrong a right in my book and then some. Like I said from the very beginning..I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS!

Very friendly people. Love the Building. Especially the big glass doors. Near great diningFine dining for every budget. Movie theater. Great put door areA to eat. Food trucks ad well as restaurants are near. Business areA. Kid friendly. Pet park close by.
