“I was looking for a physician for my I-693. Booking an appointment was simple. When it was my turn, the process was very procedural so there was no time wasted. I am bad with bloodwork and I cried and Dr. Shaw went out of her office to help Maria calm me down. They were really nice and the vibe has a warmth to it. The report was ready the time they said it would be. I went in Tuesday and I got my sealed report the following Monday. I just showed up to pick it up and they asked how I was (they're really nice, it felt like family even though we literally met twice at this point) and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. The whole process was simple and quick. Would definitely recommend.”

I had to reschedule his appointment multiple times, and Tender Touch was extremely accommodating and worked his appointment into their schedule. Awesome customer service. The phlebotomist who came for the appointment was lovely, very punctual, and did the job quickly and effectively. They got all the labs to his doctors in a timely manner. They were fantastic all around.”

“I was told about MODMD by my brother. In the last 10 years I have struggled with my weight and then the pandemic hit and on top of my extra 15 I had gained the COVID 19. I made the appointment and when I got there , the staff explained to me in simple terms what could be done, how long it would take and how much it cost. They were straightforward and transparent. The three women who own MODMD are sisters and are all doctors so any medical adjustment that needs to be made can be done on site. They have three really convenient clinics in Venice Beach ,CA, West Hollywood, CA and Brooklyn , NY. Plus can do concierge home visits on request. The women are smart and lovely. Everyone who work for them are as well.Their menu offers everything from Ozempic to Botox and have many interesting infusions. They are on the cutting edge and up to date on new medical treatments that have recently become available. I’ve lost over 15 lbs and I’m thrilled. “My doctor's office sent me to Labcorp because their nurse was unable to draw blood from me, after poking me in 4 different areas (arms, wrists, hands). I've been to this Labcorp in the past and thankfully I had Yvonne again (the phlebotomist). She is AMAZING! I always have problems having blood drawn - I have tiny veins, and they tend to hide or move, or the blood comes out very slow. Yvonne Knows how to find the perfect vein!! Incredible. I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out within 30 minutes. The facility is very clean. Quick check-in on a kiosk. Highly recommend this location and especially Yvonne... she's kind, patient, gentle... The Best! Give this woman a raise!!”

First time ever being to a clinic to get tested, was super nervous and upset that I had to even be there (unfaithful partner) but they were SOOOO accommodating!Not sure what the review is about that says if you have symptoms you won't be seen, this is incorrect. “Test On Time provided me weekly, court-ordered, substance testing for my custody case, over several months. Julian and his team always went above and beyond for me. Sometimes in a bind I would have to bring my 3 year old son and they were very welcoming and friendly towards him. I was also ordered to take 2 pretty obscure substance tests and they were able to provide it to me, at the best price I could find. Can’t recommend this place enough. The hours of operation, consistency and all around good vibes, made this difficult time for my family and I, so much less stressful. Thank you!”

“Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

I was referred by Cedars, so I thought they were Cedars-related & even tho' I had google mapped, when I got off the Marina Fwy & saw the big Cedars building on Mindanao & that they had parking, I pulled in. (You ever noticed how many buildings in LA do NOT have addresses on them?)Whoops, called to check in - at # posted right in front of every car -- & found out No, I was at the wrong location. Actually in UCLA building about 2 blocks away. Called them to say, I would've been early, but I was in the wrong place, but could be there in a couple of minutes. Not only did they say, No Problem, they also told me I could park in the Shopping center parking lot -- across the street & not $2/15 mins. I did have to spend a few minutes checking in on a tablet that couldn't dot the 'i's in my signature, but Anthony & Oscar in the office could not have been more helpful. The Tech was also a very reassuring & the procedure itself -- in this case, a CT scan - Zippy. I'd like to say under 5 mins, but who hasn't lost sense of time these days. But it was definitely less than 10.”

“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“I really get so much anxiety from coming to these places and getting blood drawn, but this was my BEST experience in all the many times I've done it:) Allison was so helpful and efficient in helping me find my insurance that I couldn't find. She also printed me a copy which was so sweet and helpful of her. And Jennifer was so perfect with how she kept me calm and was able to make it COMPLETELY PAINLESS. Nurses always seem to have a problem with finding my vein but she is a PRO. Highly recommend this Labcorp and if I ever need lab work again I will be returning to this location and hoping that both Allison and Jennifer are there! I'm truly happy with my experience thereI would also like to add that the location is not the best nor is it in the most appealing building but the ladies in the office are a GEM and totally make up for that”

“Thankfully I work in a building walking distance from here so it was easy for me to get to. Did a walk in 15min before closing, and they were kind to me at the front desk, pretty simple check in, i paid cash it the labs were responsibly priced, do not come after closing and expect to be let in, they have a hard stop closing time. Otherwise it was quick and efficient. I had a hard time getting blood drawn but the lady was quick and knew what she was doing. I had an overall good experience. Still waiting for my labs, it’s been two days, so I can update it when my labs come in for ETA of how long that could take”
