Believe all the negative reviews here. Went in to return my defective bras per lululemon and the manager Angel refused to honor the defective policy. The policy changed recently but some stores honored the policy until April 15. I explained to him all of this and he did not try to work with me at all other than say 25% off three items with my two bras and then proceeded to say “what don’t you understand.” Let me tell you what I don’t understand, a customer for 10+ years who has always had no problems with the items or returning products when they did have manufacturing defects, now experience this ordeal on behalf of lululemon and the worst customer service to stand behind them. Absolutely rude, condescending and unintelligent. Never coming back here again and hope to never see him in my life time. Switching over to Vouri as this policy and customer service does not exist.Angel I hope you learn to become a better manager and learn how to talk to PEOPLE. Extremely rude and pathetic. Figure out your life.

RUDE RUDE RUDE MANAGER. The female manager of this store is extremely rude, difficult, disrespectful. A white lady in her 40s is super hard to deal with and always trying to give customers hard time when friends and I trying to return something in the store. If you see her at the store, I strongly encourage you to come to the store at another time. However, another male manager is always super sweet and helpful regarding the issue with the clothes.

I went to the wrong store in Plaza El Segundo not knowing they moved to The Point. My visit was to purchase a birthday gift card for a friend who shops ar Lululemon stores. I was greeted at the entrance and help provided was very friendly and efficient

RUDE RUDE manager: Horrible experience. She was argumentative, difficult, and actually argued with the other manager and when he went to try and type to se how he could fix the issue on the computer with my refund, she literally moved his hand out of the way.

I just walked into the lLululemon located at The Pointe in El Segundo. The store just opened which meant there were plenty of representatives available. Not one person said hello or greeted me as I entered the store. Not a big deal, but when I selected my item and went to the register, the sales associates felt as though it was more important to finish their personal conversations with each other, then to ring me up. I quietly put my item away and walked out of the store. Still no one said, “ is there anything I can help you with “. Very sad and disappointing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really felt the need to this time.

Went in for some early holiday shopping for the family & came out with a great selection of gifts! I'd like to thank the young lady named Diana for assisting me in finding the right sizes & styles! Will definitely recommend this location to others especially due to the great customer service & selection! Happy holidays!!

The doors at all the stores in this mall lock an hour earlier than the closing time. Figure out how to post a closing time, darn it. This mall is weird.

Staff is friendly and really helpful. Parking is a bit rough,so try to get here early. Lululemon clothing is a must have for an athletic lifestyle

It suck's how this location is literally down the street from my house . But I would avoid coming to lululemon if your not "white" don't even wanna sound that way but the way I get looked at entering this store is so sad. I don't get asked if I need help but you see a Caucasian women walking and right away the girls in the fitting room help them. Not only that they don't ever wanna pick up that phone. Called about 20xs and nothing. So inconvenient.get it together Lululemon . Not only do Caucasian people have money!

I went into the store today and was met with nothing but obvious pettiness and unprofessionalism by all the employees in the store sadly. The majority of the staff being white, they were rude and weren't any help at all when asked if they can help with a problem I had with my order. Was told to call myself in the store with all the employees standing around listening to me try and fix what was going on with my order and can obviously tell they weren't pleased by me standing there waiting for help over the phone. Something so simple that they could've done but had me do when I could've just done that myself at home which was the whole reason why I even visited the store to begin with was to get help with an order. Besides that while shopping could obviously tell by their demeanor they weren't at all pleased to want to help as soon as I walked in. Completely uncomfortable and awkward. Noticed them acting the same with other ppl that didn't fit their "customer preference". Even the the manger showed zero interest in helping. Always this problem when going to this location. First of MANY incidents I'm writing a review on for this location. Don't have this problem anywhere else. Do better. If I could give 0/5 I would but since I can't 1 will do.

I usually love this location but today... I came to pick up an order the store placed for me from online about a month ago. They go back and forth to check their inventory for couple minutes and then concluded that the item is lost in transaction with FEDEX. They looked annoyed at me that they don't know what to do next.... Then the associate tells me that I need to call FEDEX or their customer service line to see if they can refund me after saying out loud to her colleague "they put you on hold forever". I replied by asking she please do her job and call the number to inquire. End of story, can't refund me for now... wait for fed ex to respond where the package is... what a waste of time
