I have been using and buying from Lip Ink for 6 years and have never had any issues until I placed my most recent order on 9/9/18. I paid $27.99 for 2 day shipping and I received my order 4 days after I placed it, NOT in 2 days. When I emailed customer service for a refund of the 2 day shipping, they replied that they cannot refund me my shipping fee and I would need to file with FedEx. So they dont stand by their orders and the companies they have contracted to ship their product. Then when I finally received the 2 products I ordered, I was not happy with the color of the lip liner as it did not look like the picture on the website. So again I emailed customer service saying I want to exchange it for a different color and they replied that because I removed the plastic seal to look at the color they could not exchange it nor could I return for a refund and that next time I should look at the pictures online before ordering. My email did state that the color did not look like it did online, so I did look a th the pictures. They do not have a satisfaction guarantee like most companies do and when they do allow you to exchange or refund, you have to pay for shipping to them, plus a restocking fee and if you are exchanging, another shipping fee back to you.... you end up spending more than the cost of the product just to return or exchange...and this is if they even allow you to return or exchange as they decide this on a case by case basis. I have been using this product for over 6 years and this is my last order....

Love lip ink, have been using it from the beginning. I get compliments on my lip color all the time I am now in my 60s started wearing it in my 40's. Am so thankful for this product. great

Not only are the products organic, vegan and everything they are claimed to be, but the owner of this establishment is very passionate about her product. Who doesn't want all-day lip color on a wedding day? For a business lunch? At a conference? Playing volleyball? There's no downside to looking amazing all day long. Over 1,000,000 million color combinations are available, my lips don't dry out, and the product stays on as it should. I absolutely LOVE this product and the company.

I ordered a $125 worth of product from LIP INK and all of it was complete garbage. Not only did it smear but the wear time was only 2 hours at best. I contacted customer services over the phone. She said I could send it back for a refund. I sent it back, and now they will not refund my money. So not only is the product, bad as it may be, out of my hands, but I'm just SOL all the money. Horrible company. Dishonest scammers.

I love it! I have been using Lip Ink for over 13 years and I won't use any other lip color. My Facial Technician, my dentist and my doctors are shocked how great my lip-stick stays on. Most of all my husband loves it, I can kiss him and there is No lipstick on him or his shirts ever again and my lips always look fantastic!

I discovered LipInk Products just a couple of months ago and I have become a strong believer in this product. Love the Staying Power, they weren't kidding around with the 100% Smearproof guaranteed!! Best of all, the fact that it is Organic, Vegan, Kosher, and Cruelty Free. Not to mention the awesome customer service and shipping time is unlike any other online distributer. I visited the head office yesterday and organised it with them beforehand - so lovely to deal with and quick in communication. I loved being able to test the lip colours in person before purchasing. They're all great and exactly what I was looking for! Thanks very much!

Save your $$$ TOTAL RIP OFF--doesn't last, sloppy mess, tried every shine product they offer empty promises, color powder compact another waste--doesn't last, v little pigment.

OK, I'm a guy, but I bought Lip Ink Lip Stain Color kits for the lady in my life and for my grown daughter. After hearing them talking about it for months after they saw a demo of the products at the mall. I became an instant hero at home. The ladies tried it and it looked great on them and it didn't smear. I was kissed plenty, so I can attest that it does not smear or come off. No lip color on my shirts or our pillow cases. That makes the ladies and myself very happy. The ladies looked truly amazing and loved the way it felt on their lips. I usually buy the ladies in my life perfume on special occasions, but the way my ladies looked and felt using these products, I am now going to make sure I buy these products for the ladies I dearly love.

I had been using the Lip-ink product for about 3 years or more and do have to say it is a great product. It does not smudge onto your teeth and it is VERY long-lasting. It does however come off when eating anything greasy, which is expected since grease breaks down most stuff similar. But when drinking out of cups/glasses it definitely holds on. Now i say i HAD been using lip-ink because I'm not particularly happy with their customer service, and I have not used the product since my final experience.. It seems pretty unprofessional and like people just reading through a script saying whatever they're supposed to in order to not have to deal with something. I am specifically referencing my most recent and FINAL purchase of the lip stain product. I ordered a certain color that i have ordered multiple times before and when it arrived it was the same packaging as usual with a sticker on the end marking the color swatch and color name. When going to put it on it was worlds away from the correct color. A true blue red is what i ordered and what i got was basically a brown. Or i guess a dark maroon or brown red. But it was in no way the correct color. I called the company regarding the issue stating i have pictures of it to show and they basically just offer to have it returned for a refund. NO replacement to be sent or any other method to alleviate the error. All i got was a general , nothing can be done until it is inspected. I opt to wait for them to send me a return packaging and they'd "call when it arrives" and they will be able to send it to their quality control department. A little over a week after my tracking states it has been delivered, I have yet to get a call and i proactively contact the company. I speak with the same employee from the original call and we go through the same steps, she of course happened to skip over my inquiry about why i never received a call after their receipt of the product return or possible inspection or about a replacement vial of the product that I had paid for and now did not have. After much frustration about what next, the employee says next time you can take a picture of the color and vial information to expedite the process. Which is what i originally offered to do in the first place and was told not to and that it's not necessary for anything. After basically pulling teeth on this 2nd phone call I was FINALLY offered a replacement to be sent out right away. Round 3- I get the replacement product and it is exactly the same issue! I call yet again and am just tired of dealing with it at this point and am wary of even trying to order a different color. It had been almost a full month of this and al I wanted was to have the product that I ordered and paid for. The employee again just seemed like she's reading off of a script because she offered the same exact solution: return, have "quality control" look into it, wait for a replacement. I was just done and asked for a full refund. I was offered a discount for my next order with them which i stated won't be useful since I will no longer be ordering from them. I have been ordering this same color for years and all of a sudden I get 2 incorrect colors that I'm assuming the only reasons could be a new formula? or they packaged the colors wrong? To this day I still have not received any information about the issue as to what was wrong with my 2 orders. I also don't like the fact that I would continuously get random calls from them asking if i'm ready to re-order or would like to take advantage of a discount. I never requested to get promotional calls just emails. Trust me emails are more than sufficient for getting out special offers. The calls just seemed very excessive and pushy. It's a lipstick not a car.
