So I purchased a jersey online like I do with most purchases but this one left a bitter taste unfortunately bought the rereleased Kobe Michell&Ness jersey for 350 when I got it it had the MSRP tag that said 300 I reached out and they just said that’s what we sell if for then I found it on the mitchell&ness site and they are selling it for 300 then I reached out once again and they said well it’s a final sale I’d say if you buy a jersey buy anywhere else but here rude customer service and no help at all

So I would say if you're looking to purchase anything look else where bought a jersey Mitchell &Ness the MSRP tag says 300 but they sold it for 350 found it on the Mitchell &Ness site any they have the same one for 300 wow. Reached out via email and they said it's a final sale item I've had other places match final sale items I would say beware and purchase else where they are ruining the Laker name for me would say beware and walk on egg shells before purchasing anything here

Worst customer service if you shop online. They don't do exchanges and their return policy sucks. Bought over Christmas a Kobe Jersey and since it's past 30 days they won't allow for an exchange. There is no one to speak to and they only communicate over email. Don't buy from here if you want to gift your mom anything.

Walked in , and was only customer inside didn't get any greeting nor offered assistance. One gentleman just standing at register staring at me , I immediately walked out of there he needs to get trained how to treat every customer walking in to the store. Regional manager needs to reevaluate staff. Terrible experience

The staff is so great here. Wonderful selection and a great and non-busy location to do your Lakers shopping. Bonus-if you have an AMEX you get a discount I believe 20%!!

Ordered on line that took over two months to ship to just within 10 miles distance. Also the store charge shipment for us ordered over $450 of clothes. The shipment was $45!!!

Without prior notice, Monday November 6, the store is closed although the sign says it is open and on the internet it also says it is open ?
