“I live up in SF bay area. I found the floor tiles I love for the two bathroom floors but it was very expense! I got on-line and found Beyond Flooring and Lev Asraf. He had the tile I loved for 2/3 the price of the same tile up in my area of CA. Even paying shipping, I paid a lot less. Then the best part - the service provided by Lev was great. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, got my tiles shipped in good time. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and he had replacement tiles shipped quickly at no extra charge and was careful to get my same dye lot. Oh and e is great about providing receipts too, so great service. Thank you Lev!”

“Well, I wanted another 240mm chef’s knife and so I bought this gyuto stainless clad with SLD core steel from Yoshihiro cutlery. It’s beautiful: the hammered stainless cladding, the ebony handle, and above all how it cuts. I’ve haven’t noticed any reactive staining yet though I believe the core steel is semi-stainless.I sharpened it right out of the box - it didn’t take much, it does sharpen very easily, it felt like I was sharpening my shirogami knives.It’s my eleventh knife from these guys. I have bought a couple from other dealers but it seems the quality is never as good as Yoshihiro.Go for it!”

“Reback’s is a gem in the South Bay for hard to find plumbing parts. I had an old bath shower needed a pair of valve inserts, stem cover and handles. I went to several plumbing stores and could not find the right parts. Then I thought about Reback’s. I had been at Reback’s previously buying parts, the guy who helped me was not very friendly so I hesitated a little going there again. I was very delighted when Ethan offered me his help. He not only found me the right parts but also gave me detailed instructions on how to replace them. I replaced the parts without any issue! “I highly recommend The Kitchen Store if you are looking for new cabinets. We are new home buyers; we bought a fixer upper with no kitchen. We worked with Marie to design our layout; she was patient and accommodating. We chose the Omega Cabinets solid maple. It was bumpy towards the middle end of the installation. The installer was not able to finish the job in a timely manner. There was a mistake, and part of our order did not get made, so we had to wait for the whole order. This took an extra 3 weeks. By that time the oringal installer was moved on and I had a pile of cabinet pieces in my kitchen waiting. The manager Jason and the sales rep, Marie worked very hard and fast to get me new installers, and help negotiate final payments and within 2 days all was resolved. I am grateful for the support of Jason and Marie. They assisted a possible shit show and turned it into a pretty good experience. And my kitchen is really coming together.”

“Caren and her staff are WONDERFUL. I had some Woodmode cabinets, which were great when I bought the house 20 years ago, but the finish was looking ratty and the style was out-dated. However, the interiors were still good (because Woodmode lasts forever) and the counter tops were pretty new so I didn't want to redo the whole kitchen. I must have called a half dozen Woodmode dealers each of whom told me you couldn't replace the doors and drawer fronts, you had to do the cabinets over. The last place I called was Kitchen Design Group, and Caren said of course she could help. So she came over, measured, helped me pick the style and took an existing drawer front to match the finish. After about a month, they were ready and her incredible installer went to work. What a great, professional job he did!!! The finished product matches the existing cabinet sides and frames, and with a new range hood and sink hardware I have a gorgeous new kitchen for a fraction of the price -- and it's still Woodmode. AND he left no mess at all!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! If they do this beautiful a job with my kitchen, I can only imagine how gorgeous a complete remodel would be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! I'm just sorry I didn't call her first!!”
