Surprised myself! Strolling by looking into the window saw a beautiful bottle of 'rose scent perfume' the fragrance was very womanly and not toxic to my nose. Going to give to an 82 year old woman that just had a birthday. The saleswoman was nice and engaging with smile plus knowledgeable about the items that I was planning on purchasing. Which I did do.go look for yourself.

do not buy from here!!!! i wish i had read the reviews before i went in. no returns back to your credit card!!!! this is the worst policy i have ever heard of, especially at the holidays!!! just terrible and i will no longer buy anything from kendra scott!!! what a rip off!!!!

I came in this week and received the best customer service ever! From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted. The store is beautiful and clean and has such a great selection. Sheena assisted me with my shopping and was very professional and patient with me even though I was being indecisive. She made me feel important and showed me many beautiful pieces that I absolutely loved. I appreciate the great service and will be recommending my friends and family here.

Kendra Scott is located In the Point in El Segundo. They carry both costume and fine jewelry. Their jewelry is beautiful and seasonal. I've bought multiple necklaces and earrings and have been happy with them all. If you sign up you will get 50 percent off one item on your birthday month with ID. They don't notify you and they don't tell you about the birthday deal. I just stumbled on it. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of five. Have not been inside since Covid so not sure if they even have the 50 percent birthday deal any more. Last time I came in and bought something my husband laid down on the comfortable bench and fell asleep. Ha, ha. Very expensive nap.

I hate to give less than 5 star reviews to any business, but I hope that there are some improvements, so that others may feel welcome. Upon entering the store, none of the 3 employees that were working greeted me, or asked if I needed any help - the whole time that I walked and looked at each and every display. Super shocking! That is a huge no-no in my opinion. The number one thing that I love when walking into a retail store is being greeted with a friendly (masked) smile, and a "Hello, Welcome. What can I help you with today?" If I get greeted at the door with someone who is friendly and excited to be there, then I usually purchase from that establishment. Again, "I usually purchase from that establishment." This was also on Mother's Day... so it was definitely disappointing to not have my questions answered while shopping: "Do the K earrings come in silver?" and "What is the pricing for this K necklace?" It was too bad. I happened upon Kendra Scott while at The Point, and was ready to purchase something cute, only to be disappointed by the customer service. I do not recommend an in-person experience here.

Mediocre customer service & there was no other customer inside the store other than myself. I get better customer service online through kendrascott.com. Needless to say, I won't be going back to the store.

I usually LOVE going to Kendra Scott for my birthday discount it's a great time to get a nice piece of jewelry for 50% off. With that being said, I was extremely disappointed to arrive at the store on Black Friday at 6:00 p.m. to find the store locked and closed for the day. This contradicted what the mall hours indicated for this particular store IN ADDITION to their own hours posted (see photo attached). I was disappointed because I specifically drove out to this shopping center to shop at Kendra Scott. Not only did I waste my time driving to and from this location, but I was unable to use my birthday discount. (Didn't have time to drive back during the rest of the month).

Excellent service. I was here for Mother's Day and the staff treated me like the queen that I am. Far better service than some of the top jewellery and luxury shops I've been to lately.

I walked into the store to ask about repairing the broken chain of my fine jewelry necklace I purchased one year ago. I received the best customer service from Julissa( forgot to ask her name but it was on receipt) today. She quickly processed it with the replacement , and assisted me to pick out the perfect gift for my friend. I am so glad Julissa was there today :-). I would give her 10stars if I could.

Fantastic contemporary jewelry with beautiful presentation and ambiance. I wanted to buy one of everything! The service was very friendly, and she even remembered me the next time I came back.
