Took my car for service for the first time at Joe's auto And after the inspection, the owner quoted me a ridiculous price for a simple service. I'm trying to charge me for parts I don't need. I asked them to explain it to me and was just giving excuse that my car is old and will need the parts even though the car is only five years old I will not be taking my car here anytime soon and I advice others not to do so.

I was thinking it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix my creaking suspension. They lubed my suspension in a couple hours for $65 and now the creaking is gone. Very impressed with the honesty and efficiency.

Dropped car at shop without getting an estimate ti change alternator. Apon pickup Mechanic had charged $500 to replace alternator on 1998 Ford Expedition. Owner added serpentine belt to service at same price as he noticed it was worn. Thankfully the owner is a good guy. But I cant count on the owner being there next time sadly. Buyer beware.

I have been coming here for years and now live in LV. I can't find a new mechanic and decided to bring my car back to el segundo. I had a problem with the traction control and had Joe look into the issue. There was no check engine light do he ran a diagnostic and it came back clean. After all his time, he didn't charge me anything. That is what old school mechanics use to do. I will continue to bring my cars here from las vegas.

Came in for a nail in my tire and they fixed it quickly. Was in and out in less than 20 min and paid $25. Very nice and reliable.
