“I have been a member for 5 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about GTS. They really care about providing a great experience to their members. I checked out Equinox, Planet Fitness, 24 hour fitness, and have been a member at other local gyms. If your focus is getting your work in and learning proper form you won't find a better deal. Overall: The best gym. Very good price given what you get. Their session cancellation and unused pass policy is very generous. All of the instructors are top notch and very nice people. No gym bros here. As a female, I really appreciate the friendly but focused atmosphere. Master Classes: Excellent. They will teach you proper form to get the max strength out of you while preventing injury. If you have a past injury, they will show you tips to still be able to train (I had an injury from before I started going to this gym). So far, I have taken the Day 1 and Day 2 master classes. I have knee problems from before and I found it unbelievable that with their instruction I was able to do full proper squats. Atmosphere/occupancy: Also excellent. I've never had to wait for any squat racks ever. There have been times when I'm the only one in the gym, especially early in the morning. They have a good mix of machines and I've always been able to make it work what they have. Everyone is very courteous. If there's any equipment that's malfunctioning I just have to send a text to the owners and they address it right away. Other members: People are usually minding their own business, but everyone is polite and considerate. Most people will give you a wave or nod if you're working out during the open gym. Owner/Coaches: Jason, the owner, is great. Again, my experience is that he is focused on providing the best experience for the members. He is a great coach and is very knowledgeable about form and the mechanics of strength training. I have interacted with two other coaches and have felt very comfortable and cared for during their instruction. As a female, this is something I really appreciate.”

“I've really enjoyed my experience so far training at 4 Star Gym. Coming from gyms where I felt overwhelmed by the size and crowds, 4 Star provides a more personal environment that has allowed me to focus fully on my workouts without distractions or intimidation.What I appreciate most is the structured programming - having my sessions planned out ahead of time takes the guesswork out of workouts for me. Crossing items off the checklist as I complete them makes workouts more interactive and fun. My trainer has also done an excellent job breaking down exercises to ensure I have the form down before progressing.The small class sizes mean I receive individualized attention to learn proper form. I've been able to ease into training at a comfortable pace through the bootcamp format. Already I'm seeing improvements in my strength, and I'm looking forward to our upcoming testing day to quantify my progress so far. Overall, 4 Star has provided a supportive experience that has helped develop sustainable fitness habits for me.”

“What every gym should strive to be. I dropped in here for a week when I was out visiting family on the recommendation of a former member. Top notch coaches, programming, people, vibes, and facility! Duke was super welcoming, the members were too, and the workouts were well thought out, balanced, and left me both energized and feeling like I paid my daily dues to the fitness gods.It's run extremely well, and the building is super cool. The dedication of the staff and members is very obvious, and if I ever lived out here, this would be my absolute first choice to call home.Keep it up. I'll be back!”

“Great gym, I've been here for about a year. Never too busy. They have 3 racks, plenty of space for calisthenics, and many cardio/weight machines. Feels like a local gym without the need to get to know people (which is great for somebody like me).”
