Daisy patiently helped me add and place those designs on my sash and gave me plenty of time to decide if I wanted to embroider my sash with them which was great. Unfortunately their turnaround time was long and the price was over my budget and I ended up not doing my sash with them, though I recommend them for their great customer service!”

“Best customer service ever! Coy was extremely professional and patient with me. I was told that he does a great job with obituaries, and that's the service I needed. He answered all my questions and responded to my emails,text, and calls in a timely manner. During the final review, I told Coy everything looked great and he could print them. Long story short, I didn't realize I made a mistake on the obituaries until 10 pm the night before the service. I called him explaining my problem, and without hesitation, he told me to send him the corrections.
