Long gone are the days of thrifting to find hidden gems at a reasonable price. While Goodwill claims it is a not-for-profit organization, approximately 10% of the money they make from the donations they receive (for FREE!) actually goes to the programs they claim to support - the company is for-profit and makes money on the donations they receive. This location, along with Goodwill locations around the country, marks up donations by a ridiculous amount. $16.99 for a used dress? $29.99 for a ratty pair of "vintage" shoes? $79.99 for a pair of Nike sneakers? You can often hear the workers in the back talking about what donations they received, what the items are listed for on eBay, and how much they can make. You will also hear the cha-ching from their eBay app going off periodically. Please consider donating your items to a women's shelter or place where your donations will actually be used for good rather than to line the pockets of Goodwill's corporate leaders (because their workers sure don't see any monetary benefits from marking up donations!).

Very small location. Aggressive Homeless beggars restrict access. Name calling, demanding money. Avoid the area since goodwill management says there's nothing they can do.

Came all the way here at arrived at 11:30am and the lady closed the site so she didn’t let me in. I understand they have to take breaks but they should hire another staff to replace others while they go on break. Business hours are from 10am-8pm and just wasted my time. I see other people trying to go in and just nod their heads when they see they went on break.

I found a pair of socks that were brand new, and no one came out from the back to help me after waiting 10 minutes nothing has happened three the socks on the counter, called the man up on the phone to tell him how do you get business if no one comes put to see if their customer is ready for check out. That is bad business for to help someone in goodwill

I'm a plus sized girl and I found several sweaters. Good selection of books. Not housewares.

Small store, but great finds. Employees are always friendly. They have amazing prices, all things considered and a pretty even selection of men’s and women’s clothes.

This is a cute shop. Rather small though. I was interested because it's called the Goodwill bookstore but it only has a select amount of books. I did find quite a few nice things. And like all the rest each day has a color and discount on the tags. It's worth visiting especially if you enjoy the treasure hunt. There's a few restaurants around it too...in and out burger and Hawaiian and Chinese and others. Starbucks Ralph's and jersey Mike's are the next block over. Tons of hotels too.
