I had a lawyer from this company open up my LLC and then he cut off all communication with me. I made a payment to him about some extra paperwork and I’ve texted him multiple times about it and I never got a response. Not only did they charge me $800 when I could’ve done it somewhere else for $200, but the fact that I can’t even ask any questions about it when I need assistance.

1/2 hour consultation is $275. It was $150 two years ago. The inflation has not been that high.There is no mention of the consultation fee on their website. They have an option to book a consultation on their website, and even when booking a consultation they do not mention the fee. This is unethical. I don't want to have someone unethical dealing with my finances so that was a no-go.

Marc is excellent!! I was in a slight tax kerfuffle with my spouse who lived overseas. My previous CPA was a bit of a knick-knack-gobsh!te when it came to this and got me in a mess for 5-6 months. Getting her an ITIN number was like searching for the Holy Grail. Along came Marc and in 2 minutes he goes through everything with me and my problems is solved in a few days. A month later I get a letter in the mail from the IRS and everything is perfect! Big thank you to Marc and his team for un-kerfuffling the situation! And yeah I found the Holy Grail! 5/5

Marc filed my taxes erroneously which has in turn cost me WELL OVER A HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, for his mistake. I communicated Marc's error to him, he refused to acknowledge his mistake & demanded I pay his bill. When I didn't, he sent collections after me. I paid it. There is absolutely no way this person should have a license. The errors he makes clearly cost people HUGE SUMS OF MONEY. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

Marc is friendly and knowledgeable enough to fool you. After several years of having him file tax returns for business and corporate, I got audited and he disappeared. He was defensive, combative and did NOT stand behind his work. I urge all Canadians to stay clear and use anyone else for CPA work.
