UPS will at least help you box something up. I had to return a battery to a manufacturer on a warranty claim and I wasn't sure how to package it, and the lady just told me to go to another store in Hawthorne. The place was empty of customers, so I wasn't holding anyone up.

Honestly this place seems better than most of the libraries I visited when trying to study, I had no idea they had an office section where you can BYOD and sit but it’s better bc you can have them make copies and bindings in the books and purchase something you may need (highlighters, pens, notebooks, etc).
Ricardo and I believe his name was Jason was super helpful when I went in to have binding done and copies of my test book created. The other women who work there also greeted me and attempted to take care of me but I was already working with either Ricardo or Jason. They both had my orders ready hours beyond the expected time frame . Under promise and over deliver is definitely something they do.
I actually drive out the way to go to this location because the customer service has always been exceptional and everyone is so kind and willing to make an effort to help. Thank you ☺️.

Jason is awesome! Super helpful and quick with my complicated order, and his team was very supportive in helping me figure some stuff out when he wasn't on the clock. Highly recommend this location for your printing needs!!

Thank you for the help to the man with the goatee! I did not catch the nametag. It all happened so fast, and I didn't realize what repackaging meant until my box was 3/4 empty. I had originally hoped he would do a quick inspection and I could take it back home to fix if there were any problems. He listened to my concerns about the cost and made it work! Now I know to ask about repackaging costs up front. I get to buy food for a few more days than I would have and I am reassured that my items will arrive safely thanks to FedEx Man. Who knows? I thought I had built a 24 inch fortress, but it's possible that he prevented my items from arriving in splinters.

the worst customer service ever. JP was so unprofessional! I was sent to this store by another Fedex store & was so mad about it he called them "lazy mother****) because he was so irritated I was sent by another location and he had to help me he was so infuriated that when our work got deleted he threw his hands up knocking over a plastic paper that almost hit me on the face!!!!

i will never use fedex again. my husband lost his wallet at the airport so i went into the office on a friday before noon, paid $76 for priority overnight delivery from ca-co that was guaranteed to be there by saturday noon. not only did it not get there. my husband missed his return flight had to rent a car to drive 16 hours back home. i called three times to redirect my package. again i was "guaranteed" a specific service. so what happens? monday morning i get a notification that my package was finally delivered to..you guessed it the hotel. so another false guarantee, another lie. i call "customer service" they want me to create a new label and pay for it to be sent back to me, and call the hotel to call fedex to pick up said package. then after all that i cannot get my money back on the return label....even though i basically did thier job and fixed thier mistakes. adding insult to injury...then get told that a supervisor doesnt know how to work the online site to get my money back for a service not rendered on filing a claim. ohhh and i have to still wait three days before i can file this claim thats going to take three weeks to get my money that i paid for "priority overnight" (3 day later service) for. they have no customer service skills. no accountably, and they make you do their job and fix thier mistakes. never again will i ever use this "shipping company" horrible company with no remorse.

This place is very clean and is remarkably efficient in its use of space. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful as they very often are but these two were very polite and helpful to me as now they have several options when you go to use the computers of which I'm not familiar.Thankfully, they were able to guide me through the process they were plenty of available seats in the store is a lot bigger than it appears to be, but I would say that the staff members here were very friendly and very helpful and I was very glad they help me .
