I called the store 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday night asking about card stock. The young woman who answered the phone not only answered my questions, but gave me excellent directions how to get to the store. (I am new to the area) When I arrived, I asked for the paper using the wrong weight and the gentleman behind the counter rung me up. Then SeeChell appeared and asked me if I was the one who had called. Not only could she tell it was the wrong weight of the paper from the sound of it, but she helped me get the right weight and exactly what I needed to get the project done. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I've been around printing my entire career, and by far she is one of the best, most knowledgeable people I've ever come across. SeeChell is a huge asset to this FedEx office location.

These five star go specifically to JP I am about to catch a flight last minute needed to print some papers.JP assisted me. and make sure I got the correct papers I needed. Thank you so much for your good hospitality. Keep up the good work when I return from my flight I will make sure I stop by and say hi come to this Fed Ex everybody is working as a team and will help you and assist you in any form they can definitely customer first hear experience kudos guys.

5 stars The staff was exceptional! They all worked very well together as a team. Very good communication skills. There was not much delay with getting a request promptly addressed especially with how busy they we're with only three employees. They were handling customer request at the counter, over the phone, at the computers, while in the middle of carrying out customer requests. Very efficient customer service skills! FedEx please compensate and acknowledge their incredible work. :)

David is terrible! If you're paying for a print out, he will tell you to go to the other room to pick it up from another staff member. If no one is there, go back to the main counter. Don't trust David is he tells you to wait in the print room! When I was ready to pick up my printout, David told me to go to the printing room. I did that and no one was there and I went back to the main room to tell David. David told me to go back there and that staff will be back there. Good thing I didn't wait back in the other room that David told me to. What I saw in the main room was another staff member helping two other customers who came after me. Turns out, that was the staff I was told to wait for, in the main room. This staff wasn't going to the printing room! When this staff member was done with the other customers, David then told him to retrieve my print out. This 10 min wait was avoidable. After all this, there was no apology!Make sure you let other staff know you're waiting because David mistreats people.

the worst customer service ever. JP was so unprofessional! I was sent to this store by another Fedex store & was so mad about it he called them "lazy mother****) because he was so irritated I was sent by another location and he had to help me he was so infuriated that when our work got deleted he threw his hands up knocking over a plastic paper that almost hit me on the face!!!!

i will never use fedex again. my husband lost his wallet at the airport so i went into the office on a friday before noon, paid $76 for priority overnight delivery from ca-co that was guaranteed to be there by saturday noon. not only did it not get there. my husband missed his return flight had to rent a car to drive 16 hours back home. i called three times to redirect my package. again i was "guaranteed" a specific service. so what happens? monday morning i get a notification that my package was finally delivered to..you guessed it the hotel. so another false guarantee, another lie. i call "customer service" they want me to create a new label and pay for it to be sent back to me, and call the hotel to call fedex to pick up said package. then after all that i cannot get my money back on the return label....even though i basically did thier job and fixed thier mistakes. adding insult to injury...then get told that a supervisor doesnt know how to work the online site to get my money back for a service not rendered on filing a claim. ohhh and i have to still wait three days before i can file this claim thats going to take three weeks to get my money that i paid for "priority overnight" (3 day later service) for. they have no customer service skills. no accountably, and they make you do their job and fix thier mistakes. never again will i ever use this "shipping company" horrible company with no remorse.

This place is very clean and is remarkably efficient in its use of space. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful as they very often are but these two were very polite and helpful to me as now they have several options when you go to use the computers of which I'm not familiar.Thankfully, they were able to guide me through the process they were plenty of available seats in the store is a lot bigger than it appears to be, but I would say that the staff members here were very friendly and very helpful and I was very glad they help me .

Very rude staff, both the man and the woman who were working between 5 and 6 pm on Sunday, April 16, 2023. (I waited a while to post this, to see if I felt differently.) The woman clearly resented my asking for help with the computer, told me to do it myself, and then made a nasty remark about my not knowing how to do it. The man (JD, I think he said) actually hung up on me when I called earlier in the day to ask about the service I needed, passport photos. He gave me a curt answer and cut the line. Extraordinary behavior by an employee in a retail business. After that, if I have not been so pressed for time, would not have thought of going there. I hoped for the best, but he was as brusque and churlish in person. He seemed not to want anyone coming in. As he took the photo, he complained to me about people wanting passport photos.The entire visit was such an unpleasant experience. Even in the moments when they thought they were being helpful or professional, both employees exhibited terribly social skills. Have no idea who are those helpful, wonderful employees that others have described. Wish I had met them! Hope the company is paying attention to these reviews.

This location is super bbusy, however today Saturday it was slow day. I went to print a document because my printer was broken. Well, as luck will have it their printer was not working either. Now the narrative changes, here comes customer service agent Shaquia she was so nice and helped me get a re print of my document. She was prompt, friendly and overall it was a great experience and she want above and beyond her responsibilities so thankss

I absolutely love this location. Strange to say about a FedEx store.. but the team here is AMAZING. I ship a lot from here for my screen print and embroidery shop, they have my label printed for me sometimes which I really appreciate. Jason and She'chell are my ALWAYS smiling when I walk in. Maybe they're just excited to see me . Honestly I look forward to coming here and seeing them. I appreciate you guys so much Gratefully, Dakota

I made the mistake of sending a print order to this location which is my usual location but I needed to send it somewhere near my job instead. I emailed this location to cancel the order so I can re-order for the correction location. Immediately after the email was sent, I get a call from Shechelle. She advises she can just transfer the job to the correct location so that I don't need to re-order. She made this so easy for me. This is the second time she has assisted me. She is pleasant and helpful in person and over the phone. She has the sense of urgency and is so friendly-that's why I keep using their office even though I could use a closer one in LA.
