I bought several items online from Evereve and it hasn't arrived yet but I noticed that all my items have gone down in price by $20 on each item. I called Customer Service and they wouldn't adjust my bill with the prices. I haven't even gotten the products yet! I told them I was returning all of it and they didn't care. So 397.00 dollars is going back today.

I'm always greeted here and the staff is kind and friendly. I typically like to shop on my own without styling help and they respect that.

Went here for the first time with one of girl friends to check out the store & right away was not greeted. Although the lady at the entrance seemed to greet ever other customer that entered besides my friend and I. I hope it's not because we are Filipino American inside a predominantly Caucasian store. That same lady gave my friend and I a dirty look, looked at us directly in our eye looked up and down and didn't even ask for us if we needed any assistance. What a B! She then greeted a person next to me and asked if she needed help and offered her a room for her clothes. Disgusting mistreatment. Reached out to their management and they said they teach their employees about inclusiveness and diversity what a bunch of BS. What a bunch of racist women. NEVER SUPPORT A BUNCH OF KARENS. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I love this store ! Not only are the clothes and accessories amazing always but also the employees are nice, helpful and friendly. I love this store because they have a great selection for many age groups of women here and always fashionable and great stuff. I didn't catch the names of the ladies who helped me but they were so nice and helped me choose what I needed. No pushy sales here - just nice help with a kind smile. Highly recommend to anyone. Wish I lived closer to this store as I love going in vs catalog or online shopping.

I have to add photos next time. This shop EVEREVE instantly gave me fall vibes. I am so excited for the weather to catch up to the calendar and we can have some cool days. I LOVE the clothes here. They have such a great mix and not just all fall girls. This is California after all. I loved the shoes and the coats. They have some fantastic premium denim lines and the clothing is reasonably priced but it is pricy you can get a beautiful coat for $149 but some of the denim is $295 a pair. So there is a mix of pricing too. I fell in love with a a few things. I need some camisoles and they have some soft and pretty with lace accent for $38 felt as yummy as some I saw at Nordstrom for $115. The ladies in the shop are wonderful and helpful. I was waiting for a table for dinner and wandered in. They are 2 mo the old as of this date 9/10/21. This is their first California shop so drop in and check it out and get yourself something amazing. I definitely will return for a coat I saw and a couple tops. The shop is clean and masks are required at this time per mandates. Happy shopping
