Brandon and Craig were extremely helpful and kind. Upon arrival Brandon let me know he had the perfect bike for my daughter and guess what he was right! He had the sold out pink zx in stock! Brandon is the man! Best Christmas gift a 13 year old could ask for. And shoutout to the guys building the bikes you did a great job

THE WOST SERVICE EVERI dropped my son’s bike off on December 5th, not once have I received communication from anyone. Not a call, email or text on the status.Ive called several times, no one answers. I came to the shop over a week ago and spoke to Craig or Greg to express my frustration and find out whats wrong with the bike, what parts were needed etc.He confirmed nothing has been done and he would call and follow up with the manufacturer again. He stated he was the supervisor and assured me I would receive a call from him later that evening with a more elaborate update.He failed to keep that promise. Over a week later and still NO COMMUNICATION.Tomorrow I will pick up my son’s bike and will not be paying anything. I dont care what or what hasn’t been done.This has to be the most disappointing and unprofessional service I have ever received. As a small business owner myself regardless of business volume, staff coverage or mishaps, this type of service is unacceptable.

These guys are great. Craig and Brandon are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My RAD got stolen and recovered by the El Segundo police (thank you, they are also great). It needed a ton of work and Craig took it upon himself to deal with Rad (they don't sell Rad, but they service them) and was determined to get it back to where it was previously. Took a while because getting the right parts from Rad took time but he was determined and got it done and done well. My next bike purchase will definitely be made at e-RYDE and appreciate Craig's knowledge and determination. Before you buy a bike, stop in and see them they have a great selection to choose from. Thanks guys!

Purchased my Super73 here. These guys could not have been cooler or easier to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped me land on the perfect bike for my needs. I found a new service center as well. Everyone who came in left with a smile. 5-Stars !!!

I didn't know much about e-bikes and this was my first purchase. These guys were very helpful, and provided me the information I needed to make a decision. I bought a nice RYDE e-bike from them and picked it up at their Lake Oswego warehouse facility. I'm enjoying my new RYDE!

Buying your first e-bike can be overwhelming with all the different technologies, options, drives, and battery choices out there and these guys have the experience and selection to make sure you get the right bike for you. Largest selection of bikes in the South Bay. These guys were one of the very first e-bike shops on the West Coast and you can tell by the knowledge and experience of the staff and ownership. Best thing is you can try a large selection of bikes before you buy. You really have to try the bike and make sure the fit and ride is what you are expecting. I had a small issue with one of the two bikes I bought. Brandon and team just made it right and fixed it without issue. I highly recommend this shop.

I'm surprised by the reviews. My experience has been horrible. Communication is non-existent. When I initially dropped off the bike, Brandon (the owner) said it would be ready that day. I told him I wouldn't be able to stick around but would pick it up in a couple of days; cut to a couple of days later, I called, and he said it wasn't ready but would be in a couple of hours. I drove there, and it wasn't prepared. e Ryde is NOT close to me at all and let him know that before I headed there. I left very disappointed that I just drove ALL the way there. I called again a couple of days later to check on the status after he said he would call me back but didn't he said the battery was coming and would call me back apologized for the back and forth and would try and accommodate to drop off the bike at a discount. I never heard back called back AGAIN a couple of days later and he said he just finished getting the bike up and running and got me a "free" battery still costing $150. I asked about the discounted delivery after quoting me $75 to drop It off and got irate with me and said he didn't like my attitude, and that I wanted him to work for free when I asked about the discount (HE mentioned) that I would need to pick up the bike myself. Really disappointed mostly with the way Brandon spoke with me. I still haven't picked up the bike and feel like there's more I will have to include with already an odd and irate exchange. Hopefully, the bike is ready. Hopefully won't be yelled at by grown men.

I have purchased 4 different bikes from E-Ryde. All of my experiences have been top notch! Brandon is very polite and professional. Craig who does the repairs is amazing. I will continue to send friends and family here and will purchase more from them in the future.

Great experience here with their bike maintenance. Took my e-bike in for service as it desperately needed it, and it rides like new now. Will definitely be coming back. They sell a lot of great brands too.

Brandon and Craig are amazing. They were so hands-on and eager to help. They don't specialize in electric scooters, and yet they were down to take on the challenge of fixing mine. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. So glad I found this business!
