What every gym should strive to be. I dropped in here for a week when I was out visiting family on the recommendation of a former member. Top notch coaches, programming, people, vibes, and facility! Duke was super welcoming, the members were too, and the workouts were well thought out, balanced, and left me both energized and feeling like I paid my daily dues to the fitness gods.It's run extremely well, and the building is super cool. The dedication of the staff and members is very obvious, and if I ever lived out here, this would be my absolute first choice to call home.Keep it up. I'll be back!

Amazing gym with great coaches. Been going to the gym for about a year now. The community is very welcoming and the coaches are helpful for people coming from a variety of backgrounds and experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I was looking for a new gym since I moved across the country and this place made me feel right at home. The community is very supportive and welcoming and so far, the programming has been great. All the equipment is in good condition and the coaches are good at what they do. The fact that they have showers is a huge bonus for me.

I joined in January, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. So far really satisfied with the gym and happy working out here. Highly recommend! I improved a lot and all coaches are always ready to answer questions or explain the exercises let's keep rising!!

I have been a member of Rising Wave Athletics since Duke took ownership and he has done an incredible job over the years. The Programming and Coaching continues to make me stronger and better. It is a wonderful community where everyone encourages each other to push themselves to do their best in every WOD.

This place was amazing! I was in California for a month and I was lucky enough to get a temporary membership here! The gym seems to have all new equipment, the grips on the bars was amazing! The community was terrific and welcoming. The classes were amazing as you get the full hour! Typically in other boxes, I feel the last 10 minutes can be rushed to get ready for the next class but the transition between classes was the best I've ever seen at this gym. Check out their instagram to get an idea of the WODs. They make sure to keep it up to date . Amazing crossfit gym!!

I love this place! I had my membership for about a year and I don't regret it. Everyone from the members to the employees are extremely nice and helpful. It's small so everyone is like family.
