Jonathan Yoo at Convoy Home loans is a magic maker. I saw him originally on a YouTube channel so reached out.
I am self employed and have very good CPAs, so have paid very little taxes over the years - making it hard to get conventional loans.
Jonathan and his team basically took charge of this complete bosses and made it all happen. Jonathan was able to structure a very creative loan for me, on a 5M property. Closed on time.
