They don't want your business. Seriously this is how I felt today. I called Ronen Isaac at 10:00 am, advising him that I needed to place an order. I left him a voicemail and email. At noon I followed up and no response. Finally at 2:00 I called again and spoke to the receptionist. I said "Can I speak to someone else besides Ronen?". She said (in a rather slow manner) "So you need someone in sales?". Spoke to me like how you would a 2nd grader. Verrrry slowwww. I said "Yes, I'd like to place an order. I don't want to speak to Ronen as he's not capable of answering his phone, voicemail or email." Receptionist: "OK I'll find someone".. transfers... Guess who picked up? Ronen! His excuse for not calling me back? I'm training someone new. I asked if he even checked his voicemail or email all day? (Even on his break?) and he said no, but what do you need, he said.. I have you on the phone now, was his reply. No apology. What an arrogant a*hole. If my end user didn't specify using this company, I would have hung up, but I placed my order, and hopefully that's the last time I need to deal with this schmuck.
