This is a great branch where one banker in particular, Kyle, was able to resolve a number of issues for us that a different branch had been unable to resolve. He took problems that other branches hadn't been able to resolve for us across 5+ visits and 7+ hours and he resolved them all himself in under an hour! Not only was he able to resolve them, but he explained each resolution in clear and helpful ways. When we had follow-up questions a few weeks later, Kyle was very knowledgeable and responsive regarding those questions, too. Good customer service can be hard to find and Kyle gave us some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. We highly recommend this branch to anyone who lives in the area.

Do not deposit money here in the ATms. I came here to deposit 1200 and the atm gave an error. I got a receipt saying the atm had an issue. The bank gave me a temporary credit then a couple weeks later they emoved it and said my money was not in the atm. I couldnt believe this would happen. I triede filign a police report and they said they couldnt help me becuase there wqas no crime committed. So i will need to go to small claims to fix this and try to get the atm video. I was so disappointed becuase the claims would tell me on the phone to go to the branch for help, and the banker said wow they just wanted to get you off the phone. So it was really stressful dealing with them. Apprently chase cant give you any information regarding the atms at all. people are barely able to afford rent sometimes and your own bank takes the money. Always go inside and deposit with the tellers, i will be reaching out to the media soon as wlell because it is not fair to have your money taken by the atm and not processed into ur account.

I have no idea what happens in this part of town, but I was using the ATM around 730PM 2 weeks ago and the main part of the ATM was burned off and it was sharp and dangerous. While I was pulling money out, so lady was at the other ATM screaming and hitting the machine. These ATMS need to be moved on the inside for our safety and security. I have been a member of chase for sometime and now I have a memory of them from the small cut on my finger from the burned ATM.

I have never heard of a bank refusing to give change out to any customer regardless if they bank with that bank or not. I tried to get change with they only gave me $20 worth of quarters. i’ll because I didn’t bank with chase but yet they have no issue taking my money when there is a fee to pay right why I don’t bank with chase

Friendly, courteous and personal service for many years. I needed a Signature Medallion stamp for my investment transaction. Made an appointment from the bank manager...it was quick, efficient and veryprofessional.

This location is great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If it is not their area of specialty they try to get you in contact with the right person as quickly as possible.

The plan was to get in and get out as quickly as possible. And that's exactly what happened! I just needed to make a withdrawal for a cashier's check. Only one person ahead of me so my quckie in-and-out plan was pretty much in the bag. There was only one teller and her customer looked like whatever transactions she had was going to be complicated. Another decided to open up a window since the line behind me got long all of a sudden. (3 or maybe 4 people in a matter of a couple of minutes? I came in at a good time!) While doing my transaction, the teller (possibly a supervisor) asked if I was interested in opening a checking account. I declined immediately (because I really don't need it) but he gave me something to think about when he said I would get free services included should I consider it due to my account's standings: free safe deposit box and no-fee cashier's checks were the ones that hooked my interest. He was multitasking and completed my transaction as well as gathered paperwork to review should I be interested. I was literally out of there less than 5 minutes. It was a really good and quick run! I will consider the other perks and probably avail of them in the near future.

This is the best Chase Branch I've been to.and I've been to many. Most branches are phasing out tellers to ATM. Not this location.Chase tells the employees to call the customer by name and the employees here make that effort. The teller asked me for my name to thank me before giving me my receipt.

As a new small business owner preparing to open my first brick and mortar, I never realized how important it was to have a strong, knowledgeable, and efficient banking team behind you. I walked into the El Segundo branch on Grand Ave one morning to inquire about an ACH fee. Relationship Banker James Patterson not only educated me about the fee, but took the time to identify additional banking options I was missing out on that would save me time and money! For a Platinum Business Checking account -- free notaries, all incoming wire fees and four outgoing wire fees waived per statement period, monthly service fees waived with a minimum balance, 500 transactions without a fee, and more! These perks were great, but it was the customer service that sold me. I met the team, Andrew Shoukry with Chase Private Client and James Rumph II, VP Investments and felt like I met family! So incredibly patient with my questions, personable, kind, and thoughtful. Previously working at a competitor for 15 years, I knew how unique this experience was! The future home of The NOW Massage, South Bay in El Segundo and I THANK ALL OF YOU for delivering outstanding customer service, adding value, and all being so amazing to work with!
