Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a pair of pants. Three guys on their computers. Two never even looked up. One reluctantly helped me try on a couple of pairs of pants, then explained that the pants I picked out would have to be shipped. The pants arrived at my house days later, but they didn't fit like the pair I tried on in the store, so I tried to return them to the store to initiate an exchange. Store opens at 10:00 on Saturdays, so I arrived at 10:10. Stood outside of a locked and dark store until 10:30 before giving up and leaving. Buying a pair of pants should not be this hard. No more Bonobos ever. I went to Banana Republic the next day and got exactly what I wanted with excellent customer service.

Unbelievable. Drove 30 minutes to get here and was greeted with a sign at 6 pm saying they were taking a "quick break" until 6:45, at which point I would have 15 minutes to shop before closing time. This is incredibly offensive to your customers.

The gents that work here are warm and helpful. I walked in just before closing and Andrew made no attempt to rush me out. He helped me pick out a blazer that fit my build. A week later I received my wool jacket a week later in the mail, And I Love It! I will definitely come back and very much appreciated the warm customer service.

Huge Bonobos Fan -- cannot begin to tell you. I own probably 10-15 articles of their clothing.. but its really because of 2 reasons : 1. the fit for my stocky legs and 2. the customer service.Upon returning from vacation i saw that i was mistakenly charged for 2 items that were listed as UNRETURNED, but I remember going to the store directly to turn them in.I email my personal rep, who gets in touch with her manager Gabriel, who calls me less than hour after initial email with the immediate rectification path and resolved any issues.that is service.I'll find an excuse to shop on the site again just because of Haley and Gabriel

Went to this store. Spent over an hour trying on clothes for sizing based on what they said was available in their Wearhouse. You can't buy items in store, even if you try (it's like the scene from 40 year old Virgin where they won't let Jonah Hill buy the shoes in store, he has to go on eBay and buy them). They then say that based on availability you can order x, y or z. I placed an order form a dress shirt more than 1 month prior to an event--in the size/style combo they said was available. After a month I had still not received my order, yet the email confirmation said it had been delivered. When I was finally able to get ahold of the store and ask about this, they told me my order for the dress shirt had been cancelled. They confirmed that no notifications were sent about this at all and stated that "sometimes this just happens". Unfortunately, now I am less than a week from the event and am back to the drawing board--not ideal. The salesman even had the audacity to ask me "do you want me to check to see if we have something similar in your size available?"... after just telling me that the "available" shirt I had ordered from them over a month ago, which they cancelled due to lack of inventory without ever notifying me... obviously, I do not. I'm not confident the order would be completed and the inventory is truly there, and will go to a reliable retailer going forward. Yikes.

Walked in here on a whim and ended up buying several items. The quality of their shirts and pants is great but what really made this a stand out experience was the customer service side of it. I was helped by Andrew who probably spent an hour in total guiding me through different options and styles and then making sure I had the perfect fit by giving me several options to try on. I'm in my 30s but I really have no idea about fashion at all so it was nice to have someone knowledgeable offer advice on what looks best. Thank you again Andrew for putting up with me and giving so much of your time!

This men's store has some super cute pieces which are mostly resort style. Hubby loves comfy casual looks so this is his store no kidding! They also carry some casual suits for something semi formal. We came in to look around before our dinner at North Italia at The Point. Very few stores were open at the moment. We were glad that not only this one was open, but also had good sales too. Of course they required face covering before entering the store. Hand sanitizer was provided like most stores these days. I really liked the bright color shirts with flamingo and pineapple patterns. I almost wanted to get one of those myself! Our sales guy was very friendly and patient. He helped hubby with some cute shirts and pants. They will ship hubby the ones that they didn't have the sizes at the store. Hubby got a few stylish pieces and was happy with the good deals too. If you like casual resort style men's stores, just come in and you will definitely find something that you love to wear!

Greatest shopping experience of my life!!! Called to buy a suit for my Birthday. Scheduled appointment online. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. So happy with the experience and the clothing is A++ love this Brand. I will continue to be a customer.

SIMPLY THE BEST!! We had an emergency situation where we needed a tuxedo ASAP. We called Bonobos on a Sunday night, after they had already closed! PATRICK picked up the phone! Once I explained how urgently we needed a fitting for a tux, he stayed open for us past the store's closing time for us to sell exactly what we had been looking for, but hadn't found all day! He was one of the most accommodating encounters I've had to date. Now THAT'S what I call customer service! Patrick was also very knowledgeable, kind and personable! We have the tux ready just two days later. I'm so impressed with them and we are returning customers, no doubt! Ps. Amazing suits that fit like a glove, as well as really great golf attire for my fiancé! Thank you guys so much for being so good to us! :)

I own a clothing store myself and I went across the street to check the store out in the clothing is fantastic I ordered a couple of pants and they were delivered five days later and they fit perfectly and were beautiful and truthfully they were really a good value for the quality

I bought a pair of pants there about a year ago. I wore them no more than a couple times per month. Last week the material ripped for no apparent reason. For "high quality" clothing this seemed unreasonable. I brought them back to the store after my wife suggested bonobos should replace them. When I went in they were very busy but I asked someone if they would be able to help it not, knowing maybe they wouldn't be able to because of my having them a year. The guy seemed not to know and asked the manager (Patrick). Before he even asked me any details or anything else at all, he said "I'll be right with you." Thirty-five minutes later, I went up to him again and basically begged for him to just let me know one way or another. If he could help me, if be happy to wait. If not, I'd love to go on my way. So he took the 30 seconds needed to find out exactly when I purchased the pants and determined no, he could not help me. Cool. No big deal. Except for that information, I waited 35 minutes. It would have gone a long way for someone to realize it would be easy to figure out if they could it couldn't help me and let me know instead of ignoring me for over half an hour. Overall the experience was bad enough I'll never go back.
