Great place close to the Thrifty rental place to get gas for rental car fill ups and snacks. Not the easiest place to get to because it's 1) popular and 2) they also do basic car maintenances. They must have a great mechanic.

Armen and V @ Bob's 76 are amazing. Had my headlight bulbs replaced. First time on Wednesday with V. Brought the wrong bulb, my fault (no charge). Today brought the right bulbs. Armen replaced them in minutes. Both men were extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

I used this gas station recently on my trip to LAX. It's convenient and easy to get in and out of. Prices are average - probably on the high side but you're paying for the good location and ease of use. Station is clean, mini mart is fine. I found something to eat there, the employee behind the counter was polite and professional and I was happy when I left.

I have stopped for gas at this station several times. The gas pump area is small and entering and exiting the pump area can be a challenge. Plus the gasoline prices are rather high, but this is the only station on the east side of Sepulveda.

If there was a way to give less than a star, I would. All the pumps were full so I went to get air in one of my tires. I went in to ask the grimy looking old woman behind the counter to turn on the pump for me (air is free in California) and she refused and told me to pay the $1.50. When I asked why she said I need to buy something first. At this point I tried to explain, what was going and and this lady instantly turned into a bitter old bag of prunes and screamed, "you need to buy something!" I had to walk out. The fact that I was going to fill up on her over priced gas or I didn't want any of the $4 off brand trial mix wasn't enough for her. I simply went across the street to Mobile and had an awesome experience. The gas was less expensive, the people were clean and very helpful, and the store was immaculate! All kinds of chips and meat snacks and coffees and sports / energy drinks, food and even sun glasses. I will make Mobile my first stop from now on.

Mechanic Ethan has given good service for years on my Acura TL. He tells me if something really needs to be fixed, or not. When he fixes something it stays fixed.

I've stopped into this gas station a few times because I live a few blocks away. The mechanic who works at the shop that is inside is always nice and helpful. Once my car was making a knocking noise and required oil, another time my air pressure sensor was on and he checked and filled all my tires. Most recently the starter went out in our Toyota Corolla and we purchased the part and brought it here to install. They did the work same day and fast! Not only that, the labor fee was by far the least expensive I had found after calling around to several places including Pep Boys. I highly recommend this service department.

Average gas station. If you need gas and you are nearby, go for it. Tiny snack shop with few options. Gas Prices a little bit above average. Water and air available too.

A gas station is a gas station, it's just a bit more pricey in El Segundo.

Quick place to get gas near LAX, but not much else.

Yes indeed...I agree with the previous reviewer. Good Samaritans do exist. My car started behaving weirdly after 5 years of complete trouble-free driving and this gas station was right there at the corner of Sepulveda and Maple so I pulled in. The mechanic, called Ethan, was so wonderfully kind and helpful. He ran a diagnostic check on my car and established what was wrong with and then arranged for it to be picked up (all this help - no charge!!) by Tony from Hi Tek on Eucalyptus, who fixed the errant sensor and test drove the car to make sure it was OK. Thank you gentlemen! I really felt I was dealing with a kind and honest business, which is an utter delight.

They had gas, which was a plus because I needed to fill up and I didn't want to make a U-turn. The shop is tiny and kind of depressing. The prices aren't the best... About average for being next to LAX. I usually go to the Mobil across the street. The garage is overpriced (based on quotes, not actual work). So, in sum, this isn't a place I'm hankering to go back to again.

On a miserable rainy day, Bob's Union Service saved me. My tire popped miles from where I live, and I had no idea where to go. I called a few places around me and got some cranky people who couldn't help. Then I called Bob's, and they were friendly and welcoming. I brought my car in and Ed helped me out - even though my tire was beyond repair, he put the spare on and even filled up my air. All for free! Good samaritans do exist. Thanks Ed!

I bought a cloops coupon for an oil change/ multi-point inspection a couple months ago. I tried to make an appointment about 3 times and they were always busy. The best way thing to do is make an appointment a day or so ahead. I know it was just an oil change, but it was well worth the wait. The mechanic Ethan is a wonderful guy. He listened to my concerns before the work and "walked" me through everything he did after. He even put on a new oil plug that had been damaged by a previous oil change. And it all took less than 45 minutes. I would definitely go back, with or without a discount coupon.
