Do not buy from Bluemercury. I purchased Supergoop sunscreen and it arrived with an expiration date within 5 months. I contacted customer service and they said they're not able to guarantee expiration dates, despite Supergoop saying it's usually 2 years. Apparently business is slow and they're selling old products.

Thanks Vinny ... Vinnie ... Vineagh (lol). I walked into the store and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Vinny ... Vinnie (I don't know how he spells it). He was very helpful, funny, and friendly. I wanted to stand there and talk forever but alas he's got a job to do other than chatting with me all day. He didn't rush me once he found the item I came to purchase. Actually he talked so highly about the products that I was inspired to more skin care products. The last three years I've only ordered my skincare online. But it's post-pandemic and time to get out there in the world. I was super happy I gave Bluemercuru a try. No shipping, no delivery boxes, no waiting.

I can never get service when I am at this bluemercury, even pre-pandemic. Yesterday I went in to purchase the Chantecaille biolift skincare products after much deliberation about spending over $600 for the two products and having friends tell me how good the products are. I had to wait a considerable amount of time and no one acknowledged I was even present in the store. When a sales rep became available she went to someone who came in after me. I walked out. This is not the first time I've walked out of that store even though I went in to purchase product due to poor customer service. I must be insane since I keep doing the same thing, going to that store, and expecting a different outcome.

What can I say but this is my favorite Bluemercury location. Sarah the manager has been managing my account for a couple years and she is always fantastic to work with. She has addressed all my skincare needs and I have been very satisfied with the results. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and makes the whole process fun especially for a guy. Jackie is also great and they make a great team. She is always fun to work with as well. I have briefly had others help me and they seem to have a great team at this location. This hasn't always been the case at other locations and is the reason why this is my main location. Parking is also free and easy. Also if you ask nicely sometimes you will get some surprise samples. It is worth mentioning that twice a year they have a 20% sale which is a great time to load up. Lastly they have a great rewards system as well. So if you need some skincare advice or want to buy gifts like Jo Malone then I can't recommend Sarah and Jackie enough. They definitely receive my 5-star seal of approval ;)

Crystal was so helpful when I visited the store last month. She was so knowledgeable about each product and helped to find products that actually work. I have been using the products for about a month now and my skin has improved so much.

Poor selection of products, and even worse customer service. @Management - train your staff! They should be proactively helping customers, not standing around playing with makeup. The shelves are dusty and filled with limited stock... do better Bluemercury, you're letting the brands you carry down.

Great selection of products and the friendliest staff! I've been to many Bluemercurys and I will drive out of my way to get to this store just for the girls that work there!

I received a gift certificate for my birthday to Bluemercury and I was excited to try it as I had not heard of it before. I went to the El Segundo location and had Mich as my Esthetician. She was amazing and really tailored the facial to exactly what my skin needed. It was an awesome facial at a great value. Everyone was friendly in the store and I really liked the selection of products they had without it being a crazy environment like Sephora. I will definitely be back monthly to keep my skiN in good shape. Thanks Mich!!

I stopped by the store intending to pick up an eyebrow pencil when the young lady selling Hourglass products offered to show me how well the product worked. She redid my eyebrows, taking the time to show me how to determine where they should begin, end and arch. She was better than an Instagram video! I really appreciated the instruction.

Cold as ice. I'll never be back but this was for the Irvine location. Customer service was minimum and cold. I just would like to know why the Irvine location doesn't have a yelp profile.

I would like to give this NO stars because I brought my purchase to the "cashier" and she informed me they did not accept cash! Seems unamerican to me. She had no suggestions as to how I could use my cash to make my purchase. I don't think anyone should shop somewhere they do not have a cash option. Seems like they have great products, but I suggest you buy them elsewhere.
