What can I say that the other reviews haven't already? These guys are the best. Jack and Cisco always have the customer's best interest in mind. We purchased a couple of used bikes, which come with a 30 day warranty, and they were very conscious of our usage needs and price range. They had us test ride the bikes (which they give full service before selling) and made sure we were happy before purchase. I later damaged my bike and it was completely my own fault/not normal wear and tear and they still only charged me for the replacement parts (no labor), which they had on-hand and repaired in about 15 minutes while being absolute joys to chat with. As many others have said, this way of doing business is a breath of fresh air and I will happily be giving them all my business for years to come. Do yourself a favor and stop by and see for yourself.

These guys are masters at their craft. My son went in there with a shifting issue not only did they repair the bike in a timely manner. They were very reasonable repairing what he had,instead of selling him new parts I like these guys they’re old-school. if you’re looking for someone who has an attention to detail and years of experience, I highly recommend these guys way to go?

The most honest and trustworthy business I have ever entered. I have purchased 2 bikes here and would have purchased a 3rd but Jack actually referred me to a different local shop for one of my purchases because he knew they had a product that better fit my needs at that time due to what he had in inventory. Instead of selling me his own product he opted to do what’s best for me and found me a bike that was more appropriate for my size and usage. In this process he actually called multiple shops to find me the bike. Who else does that these day…. Doing what is best for a customer over getting a sale for his business. Shop here, great pricing, amazing service, great selection of product, and the most honest people around. BTW you get a free year if servicing when purchasing a bike and tuned up my bike a half a dozen times with all the ware & tear from riding on the sandy strand!!! Thank you Jack & Team!!!

Bike O Rama rocks. They’ve helped me out with bike issues three times. Every time they were fast and inexpensive. Jack was extremely helpful and Cisco has always done a great job with our bike repairs. I love this bike shop!

I purchased a used bike for my son at the beginning of the summer and Jack was great in helping us find the right one. The bike was very reasonably priced and I felt better buying from a shop who could ensure it was in good working order. He encouraged us to bring it back in if we had any issues. I brought it back in for service this week and they fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes. Jack and his team are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They are also locally owned with long time employees, and regularly donate bikes to the community. I recommend stopping by for any bike needs!
