not one sales person greeted us at the door nobody ever asked can we use any help... poor customer service wouldn't go back and I don't recommend anyone else spend their money at this location

BIG "Big 5". They really have extremely competitive prices compared to another popular sport store nearby. Why this store is not crowded amazes me.

Lots of selections for many sports. The service is good as they try their best to help. If they don't have something, they can check there other location which I went to also to get rollerblade to get back into street hockey. Value is okay, but I mean it's new products and branded!

The store has a variety of items. It's like a Modell's from the East Coast. I came for a yoga mat. It was a bit pricey for what it is but does the job. Store was empty when I came here. Get what you need and go.

Came in to buy ammno. The girl refused to sell the ammo even though I had my ID...And YES it was a REAL ID with the star. Better off going to walmart. Big five employees don't want money lol.

El Segundo and Torrance location have the best customer service I have ever experienced! A huge thanks to Chase @Torrance and Angel@ ElSegundo for going way out of there way to help me find the perfect gifts for my son. In a time when people don't even give eye contact anymore they both spent time helping me and were so genuine with the time spent. I can not tell you how much this means to me. We are all carrying so much stress these days and these two gentlemen made my life easier. I will definitely be coming back again & again. You really can't beat the prices and qaulity either.
