I beacon of light in a big city! Dana is next level and I cannot wait to attend more of her classes. Her energy, passion and knowledge makes the class go by in a flash and almost forget that your body hasn't been stretched like this in years! There was such a beautiful sense of community and support while we were all being stretched to our limits. THANK YOU!!!! Oh yeah and they provide all the equipment so you don't have to worry about forgetting something!

Took the beginning pole class with Melissa. It was really fun & hard. She's a supportive & patient teacher. Able to command a class of many different levels, explains thing well. The pole dancing space is great. Very clean & perfect ambiance (dark so you aren't intimidated by the mirrors, but also not sleazy feeling)Hope to be back for more classes

I've taken a few aerial silks classes at Believe and would definitely go back. Having also taken silks classes at other studios in the area, I think I can give a good comparison. The quality of instruction at Believe is good, however I wouldn't recommend it for absolute beginners because - at least for me - they go a little too fast if you're brand new. (Example: they immediately start you learning a full straddle inversion, instead of having you practice with a hammock knot first) So I think the classes are better if you already know some of the basics. But even if you don't, instructors are friendly and encouraging, and safety is always a priority. One potential downside is the price, which is higher than other studios. However, this is balanced out by the length of classes, which are 90 minutes (other studios are 60-75), and by the fact that there is no minimum number of students, so even if you're the only sign up, your class will not be cancelled. So I feel like you do get your money's worth. A definite downside is the terrible parking situation. You will have to walk a couple of blocks, and while the area isn't terrible, it also doesn't feel 100% safe especially after dark. The only other downside for silks classes is the lack of convenient times. There are only two beginner level classes per week: Saturday mid-day and late Monday evening. The Saturday one is easy enough to get to, except that it's the same time as my favorite class at another studio. The Monday one is way too late (7:30-9:00pm). Even if I still had the energy that late, I would have to skip dinner (can't eat before a class where I'm flipping upside down). I wish they would add more times, ideally early evenings on weekdays, because if they did I would totally go here more often. There's an intermediate class at 6:00 on Tuesdays which is perfect but I'm nowhere near good enough for that yet. Overall, I recommend giving it a try if you can! "Cons" aside the classes themselves are fun and you'll get a good workout.

I Have taken aerial arts classes at Believe for 7 years. The owner is passionate about the studio and manages class sizes and offerings well. The teachers are skilled and provide clear instructions for students of all ability levels in classes.

New location, same loving, cohesive community. It's been 6 years and I'm still here. Still learning new things, still training hard and getting better. Not an easy workout by any means, but there is something for everyone. Not all classes are available right now, but do take the time to peruse the offerings when it's safe. Dana (the owner and an instructor) makes sure to keep the equipment and studio spotless, and she puts ALMOST as much effort into that as she does into making sure you have a positive and encouraging experience.

I've been going to Believe via classpass about once a week for over a year now and have taken a variety of their classes ranging from hoop, silks, hammock, hammock yoga, and cardio trampoline (the single user trampolines, not the big ones where you learn flip tricks). Their instructors are fantastic (Courtney is my favorite). They used to be in the best location in El Segundo in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Now they've moved to a location in Culver City that has virtually no parking, so I hadn't been going as frequently since the past few times after their move I really struggled with finding parking. Their new studio isn't quite as large as their old ones so they've scaled down the available spots in the classpass app which is understandable and the best decision so that students in different classes aren't on top of each other. In terms of aerial fitness class criteria and quality, you can't beat them. They offer so many disciplines of aerial and for varying levels, and try to put in effort to ensure the beginner classes are truly beginner criteria so the newbies can actually learn. This place is a nice break away from traditional high impact fitness classes. Definitely worth checking out!

I've been attending classes at Believe since Oct 2019! I have nothing but good things to say about this studio and the instructors! I've mostly taken Aerial Silks and Hoop classes and it started out fun! There is plenty to do even as a beginner and it's so fun to keep coming back and getting better and adding more tricks! I plan to keep attending classes here for as long as I can!

Visited for the first time tonight! Enrolled in the trampoline fitness class! I had an amazing time! The class was challenging as expected but definitely manageable and doable. Trina was an excellent teacher, very encouraging!

I went to the morning Trampoline class and it was a great way to start my morning. It was a full body workout. Small and intimate class. Great space and free parking. It was limited but open and easy due to the small class. In a much larger class that may not be the case. I didn't get to see what the restroom or locker room if they had one looked like but the instructor and class was awesome! It was moderate to intense cardio as well as total body with stretching added in at the end. It ended a few mins early and started a few mins late but you get your work and sweat in for sure. I recommend this class and I will be returning. I would also like to try out their aerial yoga.

Tried this studio for the first time to take the Trampoline Jumping Fitness class with Julie. I've never done anything like this before so I was excited to try it despite the fact that I have issues with my feet cramping up. It was a great workout and Julie is a wonderful instructor who made sure I knew what to expect. It definitely takes a level of coordination. I will definitely want to try it again.

I’ve been coming for a few years on my lunch breaks, primarily for Melissa C’s hoop classes. I am really picky with both my studio (good safety gear and safety culture) and my instructors (good at technique and understanding/coaching biomechanics). Believe is a large, clean studio with large safety mats, and Melissa is excellent at technique and coaching correct muscle engagement with a lovely, caring attitude. She is also great at modifying the classes for the students’ injuries or body issues to make it accessible for everyone but still worth while for the more advanced student.
