“I went in and asked for change for a some $100 bills, the lady said no problem and got me some $20. Very nice bank. Just visiting LA so it was great as being a tourist it can be difficult to get change.”
“Small office in an industrial area. Good rates on money market and savings accounts. Loan processing can be a little slow, but the rated and in-house service is worth the rate. This location, maybe a coop, which means they service other credit unions as well. Consequently, they do request identification on all transactions. Credit Unions have always been a part of my financial portfolio.”
“This is a great branch where one banker in particular, Kyle, was able to resolve a number of issues for us that a different branch had been unable to resolve. He took problems that other branches hadn't been able to resolve for us across 5+ visits and 7+ hours and he resolved them all himself in under an hour! Not only was he able to resolve them, but he explained each resolution in clear and helpful ways. When we had follow-up questions a few weeks later, Kyle was very knowledgeable and responsive regarding those questions, too. Good customer service can be hard to find and Kyle gave us some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. We highly recommend this branch to anyone who lives in the area.”

“The employees at the El Segundo First Citizens Bank are amazing. They know me by name and when I have an issue, they resolve it right away. And there is never a line! I can tell corporate treats them well because there isn't any turnover. The only time someone leaves the front is for a promotion at First Citizens. I highly recommend them.”
