Every time you go in this location there is a single teller helping people. Only 1. This is a Major Bank on A Major Highway (PCH) next LAX International Airport and yet they can't hire a 2nd person? They have a guy standing in the lobby with an iPad only able to do the same things you can do on the ATM and no way of helping people in a timely fashion. Honestly it's kind of pathetic for such a banking chain to always provide such a low level of service to its clients. Hopefully one day they wake up and hire the proper amount of people for running this location.

I am a foreigner with a BoA account. I had issues with access, since I do not have a US phone number. I was impressed by the speed and professionalism of Kim Pena, who helped me resolve all the problems.

Tried to open an account so I can give them my money, but it's been 8 weeks and they still can't figure out how to do it. They must not want any new business, terrible customer service - one excuse after another. "I'm waiting for the specialist" "I was on vacation last week" "I can't find your application" "I forgot"Do you even care?

Definitely one of the best BOA branch! Been there at 10:00 with appointment to solve my complicated problem and making overseas transfer. Thanks to Kim and Hugo for their professional and wonderful service.

Very bad service they don't want to help you and for everything you have to make appointments it is ridiculous. I was just going to make a Transfer and he didn't even wanna help me.

THANK YOU HUGO AND JAY!!! I came in with a very serious and sort of complicated problem and they helped me all the way through.. I felt so emotional from the compassion and kindness they showed. Recommend this place 100% if you have any banking needs.

I visited this bank to make a simple deposit, when I entered there were 4 people standing in line to see the teller , there were 2 active teller available ,one of them had a customer and the other one window was close , they can see there are 4 people standing in the line but they refused to open the other teller to help the customers, instead they standing in the back and laughing with the other bankers working on the teller computer. The manager even doesn't care about the customer service. I waited 20 minutes in the line till I was called by only one active teller . When I asked what's going on here and there are people waiting in the line and why they are not opening another teller he says that's the way it is and I'm used to it. The manager is passing by and I ask him why you are not opening another teller since there are almost 10 people in the line waiting , he said something that's I couldn't hear him and he walked a way . This bank is super unprofessional and they don't care about customer service at all .

This is not my usual Bank of America to visit. My daughter recommended it to me. After flying in at LA Airport. I was greeted immediately. By the young lady in charge. Of making appointments. She took care of my 83 year old mother and myself Within minutes. Had me sitting. With a bank. Advisor. We had the Good fortune. Of being serviced by Kim Pena. She was professional and timely and her services met our needs. To the T. I would recommend this bank. Along with this Associate Anytime. For any banking needs.

I went to re-open an old account, we eventually went for a new account setup. The experience was good, wait times and wait areas were nice an clean, people were friendly and looking to help. Kim was very kind and knowledgeable of the process and phone/web apps. She walked me through it and helped me. Just be calm, kind, and keep in mind that banks nowadays hire 1 person to do the job of 2.

They are useless here. The absolute worst. So bad I'm legitimately switching to another bank entirely. They took nearly an hour to do absolutely nothing to help me with a standard transaction I've made at other BoA locations easily.I've only had bad experiences here. They're the closest to my home, and for some reason I thought they'd be better today, but nope. If you go there, do not expect them to be respectful of your time and do not expect them do either be willing or capable of doing their jobs. Close the branch, because seriously the only useful part of the whole place is the parking lot.
