I love my new AllBirds. But, what I love the most is the manager and employees at the store. Kind, patient and took the time to get the best fit and options. There's no doubt that it's a great product, but it's even better when you can shop at a place that goes the extra mile to help you.

Today marks the second time I've shopped at this AllBirds location and both times have been exceptional in terms of customer service. Dmitri is an excellent and knowledgeable sales associate and took the time to help me out with a simple, but important purchase for my mom. Highly recommend this store as well as the one on Abbott Kinney.

I love allbirds! I'm a big advocate for them and their sustainability. I have 4 pairs (slippers, every day shoes, running (Collab with Adidas) and training shoes) and I've been very happy with the quality and comfort of them all. My first pair is from over 4 years ago and they still look great because you can machine wash them and replace insoles/laces when necessary. I've even gotten all my loved ones pairs and they're hooked too. I visited this location in the point and Dimitri helped me pick out a pair of dashers. Dimitri was super helpful and patient, and was knowledgeable about all their products I was asking about. They didn't have a style I was looking at online, but they are able to ship them quickly to store which is convenient. I encourage anyone to try allbirds' variety of shoes!

This is a review regarding service and not the product, which I love these shoes. I decided to take a drive down PCH to visit this All Birds store in El Segundo with my 5 year old son to get him a pair of shoes that I know he will love. That's where the positivity ended. Upon walking into the store (which was clean and nicely organized) I was not greeted by a single hello or "how can I help you" or "what brings you in today?" Instead what appeared to be 4 employees (assumed they were employees as they were standing behind the purchase counter) all standing and just talking amongst themselves and ignoring any and all customers. After walking around for about 5 minutes to see if I could locate the children's shoes, not a single sales person came to meet me or ask if they could assist. Instead they did not move a mussel nor acknowledge my existence. I decided to walk up to the group of four employees and ask for assistance. Instead of asking how they could help they stood silent. One person smiled, but said nothing. I asked if they have any shoes in children's size. Nothing. I asked if they could point out where I could find shoe sizes for children as my 5 year old was with me. I was then addressed by a guy with facial hair whom had what I can only describe as a D-bag attitude, whom stated they are sold out. I then asked if I could order children's online and he repeated his answer with "they are sold out" and gave me a look as if I was disturbing his existence and inconveniencing him. I asked then (while pointing to my son) does all birds make shoes for children my son's size. As he looked at me as if I had asked the dumbest question he said "yes, they do" I then asked inquiring which sizes and styles are made for my sons size and age (5) and he stone faced looked at me and said "they are called little birds". I said thanks and asked if I could find these shoes on line? He then repeated his first answer with they are sold out and when they come out they sell our fast so most likely won't be able to get any". Clearly this individual is great at being a D-bag and too cool for school. As a parent, the value of taking your child to a shoe store to get the right shoes that fit comfortably as opposed to blindly ordering online and hoping your child and shoes you purchased online vibe with one another, the in store buying experience is crucial. After this lackluster interaction, I then thanked the rep and walked around hoping T to perhaps garner some assistance from another more attentive employee, but no chance. Not a single person helped. Not even a "thanks for coming in", nothing. If I was the CEO and owner of Allbirds I would look into this asap, as Cutomer interaction is crucial to the continued success of any company. I should know as I sell Ferraris as a certified Ferrari Sale Manager. Still shaking my head with this experience. I will still purchase Allbirds products, but will not give business to this store until this kind of service is corrected. Bluntly, with employee effort like this, the store will shut down in a matter of months. Not a matter of if, just when. Kindly, A fan of the shoes, not the human to human experience.

I must admit, I have an addiction to my Allbirds..My first visit to the new El Segundo location, and it met all expectations. Just like the Venice location, the El Segundo locations staff is warm and inviting. Upon arriving I was instantly greeted warmly by pretty much all staff. Granted it was a little slow since they just opened and it was a Sunday. But I’m sure even in the busiest of times, they’re still warm and kind. The store is warm and bright, as to be expected being brand new. They seemed to have a great amount of shoes on display along with some active wear. I was on the hunt for their socks, and found everything I was looking for.Parking was easy on a Sunday at 11am. But I know the area and it can get very busy. Most weekdays around lunch is extremely busy! Parking beware. The store is located near the main courtyard on the north east side.
