ordered online and picked my food here, ordered 10 wings, 1st box was old and dry, I had to throw away half, 2nd box they gave me some nuggets also hard and dry, where are my wings?? better not order cooked food from this location

Purchased 2 Haagen Dazs earlier today and I could not have been more disappointed. Both of them had EXTREME freezer burn. I took 1 bite of each of them (in hopes that maybe one of them would be edible) but they were both disgusting. I put them back in the freezer and then took them back to 7 11 to return/exchange them. The cashier said "NO RETURNS!" I then explained to him what the issue was and he said that because it had been opened, he would not take it back. How could I have known it was going to be freezer burned without opening it? I had the same issue years ago out in Laguna Hills and they exchanged them out with out hesitation. I am disappointed with how this was handled.

Be careful when using Apple Pay at this store.
The clerk, tall, skinny, dark hair, wouldn’t give me his name, stated the card didn’t go through the first time so I scanned it again.
Before I left, I got notified I was charged twice.
Confronted him and he just stated it was a system error, he then gave me my money back.

My first impressions was the smell of the person that worked there and also they never have anything filled they have no chilli or cheese for nachos and never have mayo also very disrespectful I would never recommend this 711 to anyone

The owner of this store doesn't accept Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Only Apple pay. It is inconvenient because not everyone owns an iPhone. Other 7-Elevens stores I've been at take all kinds of mobile payments.

Coffee machines never have cleaning process completed so won't dispense coffee. 8am and cant get coffee. Asked attendant can he start the process he just said no. Don't waste time go to a coffee shop. Been to (4) 7-11 this morning on the way to work. All haven't been cleaned for the day. Waste of time. Back to Starbucks it is.

Guy refused to validate the app deals yet gave no explanation why. He had a rude attitude despite me showing him the app. Would not come here again that's for sure.

Be aware I have a card that I hardly use and it got duplicated after using it at this location. Not sure how but after using card at this store I received a lot of fraudulent charges from grocery stores from the card used at 711 but crazy part is I still have card in my possession. Scammer alert!
