I had hope that YML would be able to help me out with cage trays and grates that were missing from a cage that I have. It's something they still manaufacture, yet they simply told me parts are not available. I know that most manufacturers will help with missing parts, so I thought the same of YML. No luck. I'll most likely be tossing the cage. And it's not like this is a little cage, it's a large bird cage. So if you are cage shopping, I would steer clear of this brand if you should need any future product support.

Horrible experience. They lie. They send the wrong product. They say they are going to help correct it then change their mind. If you order from them make sure you have visa purchase protection. They stole from a charity. Special place in hell for these guys.

Bought a dog crate with a removable bottom grate (SA30G) from YML and I'm happy to say I'm very satisfied with my purchase! It's quite strong and durable as well as aesthetically pleasing. The bottom grate makes cleaning my puppy's accidents much easier too. I don't have to wash her paws every time she goes because the grate keeps her elevated above any puddles. The cage itself is very spacious and came with a free divider. Loved the customer service-- shout out to Michael for helping me choose the right size and type for my puppy!
