Place is clean and had a bit of slow customer service but it's understandable since an employee helping me was being trained but reason for low stars is because I drove in traffic from quite a bit far just to knock several times and waited and called and no one was there. I waited a while and no one was inside and I got there within business hours at 3pm today on a Wednesday and isn't within closing hours. It's very inconvenient to have to drive back again to pay and reloan because no one being there and doors locked. There should've been a sign on the door at least as to when they'd return or if unexpectedly having to close early.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is severely lacking. I walked in and one of the ladies asked me to have a seat because she was busy at the moment with paperwork and the other was helping a customer. Understandable, stores get busy and paperwork needs to be completed. However, after I was sitting for around 2 minutes, a man walked in and stood in line. Lo and behold, she was no longer busy and instead of telling him that I was ahead of him, she helped him instead of me. I am black and wear a hijab and this man was Mexican- like the ladies who work this. I really do think that had something to do with him just shooting ahead of me and I can't think of another reason. I also couldn't receive money from Western Union because the sender did not use my middle name. I never had this problem and I've been using Western Union to send and receive money for years. In fact, I usually use Walgreens but their system was down. They never have this as a requirement to receive money or send it.

Bad service and a long lines, couldn't receive money for Western Union because the sender didn't put a middle name. I've never seen a problem with sending money without a middle name. First and last time customer.

I wanna start off by saying that this location is clean and inviting. Astrid was the young lady who helped me. Very kind and sooo nice that she made my bad day better. I was having trouble with a service they provide and Astrid helped me for a significant amount of time. She is amazing and deserves a raise, outstanding customer service. However, the reason for my 3 stars, her coworker CYNTHIA. Absolutely horrible customer service not only to me but all the customers she helped. She made me feel as if I was trying to commit fraud and asking all these questions that were not any of her business since Astrid was helping me. Cynthia was even talking about her DM, Rosa in a negative way to her manager on the phone. That is great etiquette speaking about your superiors, atrocious behavior. As a manager an employee like that would be reprimanded and educated on customer service. I will never return thanks to that Cynthia. Apparently other customers that were in the day I went will not either thanks to Cynthia's attitude. Astrid is amazing and as a manager I'd haver her on my team. Thank you Astrid five, big stars for you.
